Your videos are so helpful; thank you! My husband and I are seriously considering a move there from Maine. Mostly to be closer to future grandchild. We’d likely rent at first because the hot weather is something that intimidates us. We can do cold very well! It looks like many rentals are available. Much more than we have available here. I don’t know how to answer the question about the heat without trying it.
Thanks again for your great content!!

Hi 👋 and thanks for the kind words. And yes that makes sense! The heat can be a lot for a couple/few weeks in the summer for sure. But it's sooooo worth it for the beautiful fall and spring weather we get. It's currently 72 and sunny here at 1130 am, and will be a beautiful high of 83 today 😊
      Thanks so much for watching!

I’m considering moving to the OKC area primarily for the lower cost of living. I moved to Vegas in 2020 from San Diego where the cost of living has dramatically risen since, it’s ridiculous. I’m medically retired from the military. Paired with a full time job, I’d be doing much better out there!! 😅

Hey Mike, yeah I'd imagine! Vegas was a hot spot almost immediately in 2020 and beyond. Definitely less expensive here, come on out and bring those chef skills. We like to eat! 🤣😎

It’s too car centric, you’ll end up spending more on car upkeep.

I can't remember if I asked you or not a while ago...
But, there are an average of 5 tornados a year on average in the OKC metro
Out of those 5... what are those average ratings for those tornados?
F0 to F1 out of 5 for the year?
Or is it more like F0 to F1 is majority... while you get an F2 roughly every 2 to 3 years... F3 roughly in 4 to 5 years... F4 roughly every 6 to 7 years.. F5 roughly every 7 to 14 years?
I guess what I'm wondering is how often does a F1 strike... and how often do F3 strikes?
I know F4 and F5 are very rare.
    Thanks Johnathan. 😊

Nothing would have me move to the car centric shitty of OKC. Nothing good comes from sparse populations
