there is even more stupid things you can do with dig rat, that item is kinda crazy. warriors can hit it for rage, druids and warriors can charge towards it without killing it, probably more i dont even know

I think the auto attack timing is still worth practicing, you will have to spend some time watching the timer at first but your muscle memory will learn the rythm quite quickly so i think a few days of practice doing a little worse will be worth it considering its something you will keep doing for a long time and better to do your training now than at 60
It's worth doing even with just Sword Spec and no WF. I used to do this in Classic as a Human and it just became muscle memory. Helps you be patient for pooling energy too.
As someone who also plays marksman hunter I really enjoy the windfury timing swing timer minmax. I just love the rhythm game type stuff. Same thing with Envenom here and in WOTLK-Assassination. I enjoy when the timing of your button presses can improve things a little bit.

Idk about the sinister strike weaving. Imagine you do that then your saber slash misses or gets parried and the bleed falls off. That'd be a major damage loss.
yeah thats another reason i don't do it, but people love to comment on my videos and sometimes even insult me saying im bad because i dont sinister/saber weave.

For windfury timing it's possible to make a WA that highlighs abilities for 0.8 sec when an auto gors off i think, it's not perfect but u don't rly need to pay attention anymore, not that much
I'm just curious, as the Deadly Brew rune adds AP to your poisons, wouldn't that mean that your Deadly Poison can also be snap-shot early on in the fights? I also wonder if you only have to snap-shot the first application or if you need to reach 3 and 5 stacks before the window closes?
Was the whistle removed from the loot table ? Because I went with a group last night in there, and although it took us 1hour to kill boss(trash respawns too fast, probably intended change by blizz), the boss died and gave us pepehands. Strategy I used? I specced into tank, and had 65% avoidance and tanked the boss. A hunter pet got one hyena, and another rogue tanked the 2 other hyenas. As soon as aggro was established on the 3 hyenas, we just focused down boss. Obviously this was so much easier back in the day when pets were the ultimate tanks and also did insane dmg with scorpid stings.
I was told by multiple people you can't go into SM anymore, I did not check myself. It sounds like maybe that was not correct if you were in there just yesterday.

If you let your warrior buddy in on the dig rat they will love you too since it doesn’t cost anything to let them get the killing blow after using the gouge😅
Vanish removes movement impairing effects which is good for phase 2 of kelris, especially if you're using FAPs. Get chains, use FAP, vanish, immune to chains for the rest of the phase. I don't know how chains works exactly, but I assume when you vanish it's only removing it from you and not anybody else.
Is it worth it to put off saber slash until you have maximum AP? such as, opening with a sinister strike and waiting to gain battle shout from warriors before snapshotting saber slash
assuming its time to use envenom (slice still up, pulled energy, got 5 CPs) and i only have 3-4 deadly stacks : should i use envenom or wait for 5 deadly stack? (and by waiting going over 100 energy/using saber slash while having 5 CPs already)
It depends on the life of the boss id say. If he just about to die u think u dont have time to get energy and get last point to get full combos id use it. Otherwise Id wait.
@@Dgnine what about eviscerate? i thought that would be the move in this case (everything up&ready, only missing enough DP stacks)? afaik envenom is really only good with 5 stacks DP. it falls off pretty quickly with less than 5. in OPs scenario with 3 stacks of DP i definitely cast eviscerate instead. with 4 stacks i probably still cast envenom, bc buff, or i might wait for 1-2 more auto attacks.

You can get a weak aura that tracks it. There are nameplate addons that track it as well, but I would suggest the weak aura. Some of the bosses nameplates are hard to see.
Lots of cool tips but I will say that timing your abilities in between your auto attacks is not very practical or easy when mechanics require more attention
question on envenom... the tooltip says the damage is based on number of poison stacks and only the duration of the poison application buff is based on the combo points... why not cast this with lower combo points any time you don't need points for slice and dice? You get to 5 stacks faster using this finish move and if you already have 5 stacks then it should be doing max damage right? based on the tooltip at least

Nahhhh. Minmaxing berserking timing will be farrrr better, especially at 60. Don’t forget blood fury is BASE ap… at 60 it’s kind of garbage. Gaining like 20 ap at 60 is nowhere near as good as minmaxing zerking for massive 20-30% haste gains. Especially when you factor in running deadly brew so you have poisons AND winfury. (More applications/procs)

Is mutilate viable? 30 energy per combo point plus double strike with buff vs poisoned targets seems really strong but everyone’s running saber slash.

yeah, lower point SND are ok - the main thing is make sure you are attacking and benefiting from the full duration of the SND you use

yes, but you can very rarely loot another dig rat off of the corpse of the one you spawned and killed

Yeah envenom is mostly about the upfront damage, its definitely your best move in the final 2-3 seconds of a boss fight
How do you know when you have full stack of Deadly Poison? Is there a more obvious way than looking at their avatar?
