Brother I’ve been trying this for a week and it didn’t work you just saved me thank you so much
Glad i was able to help, I was going crazy for the longest too.
This is the most complete one! Though not sure how NTSC helps in 4K. Can someone explain please.. ?
@@DeltaJes-co8yu ntsc is just a video transmission rate, it has more lines (525) which means a better quality image. And PAL is 50 frames and ntsc is 60. It’s just a different standard different countries use.
my settings are all blinking for the 4k output select and other setting options and the camera hub says no video signal can you help me out
@@yesitsdonny what do you mean by your settings are blinking, on the camera?
Hey! Great video, exactly what I was looking for, I just have a few questions
1. Do I need a memory card for this? Can I stream without it?
2. I was looking at the Sony A73 but it says it has a recording limit of 30 minutes, so do a few cameras that I like. Is there a way to bypass that?
Thank you
Thanks, I am glad you enjoyed it!
First off no you do not need, a memory card if you are streaming.
Second, yes there are ways to bypass the recording limit, I am not to sure the specifics on the Sony A7 III.
The camera I am using is the Sony A6400 and I believe the record limit for that is unlocked or 13 hours or so.
But I do believe I show in the video to set your 'Auto power off temp' from 'Standard' to 'High'. that will make sure what ever Sony camera wont shut off on you due to high temps.
My picture goes to no signal when I put in video mode. I have a SONY a6600
I will look into this for you! i'm not sure how different the A6400 is from the A6600
@@Yiro. Okay. Appreciate it.
I got it to work on my a6600. Are you using OBS@@Yiro.
i have a sony a6400 and elgato camlink 4k. "no video signal" on Cam Hub. help pleaseeee
can you put a link to the hdmi cable
my "4k output select mode" on page Setup 4 is greyed out
@@niickthekiidLOL amzn.to/4b8urwk thats the link to the hdmi im using, let me look into it a little more to see why yours is greyed out
@@niickthekiidLOL It can be either your cable isnt 4k complaint or you dont have the camera in movie mode.
@@Yiro. i think it’s the cable. you sent an Micro Hdmi to Hdmi and mine is Micro USB to hdmi
i done all of this but it still doesnt work inside OBS. just a blank screen
Do you know what Sony camera your using? And I’m assuming you’re using a cam link 4k?
@@Yiro. yeah I got it working. My Sony A6400 still doesn’t give me the option for some frame rate settings though. Do you know why that is?
@rhys.fxtrading I believe some frame rates can be locked out depending on certain settings ex switching from PAL to NTSC I think there are a few other settings that lock out certain frame rates but I can’t remember them at the moment.
@@Yiro. I'm having the same problem but couldn't get it to work. a6400 with cam link
@@dariantheeclectic So in OBS your getting only a black screen too?
Hi! | got the HDMI cable as well as an Elgato Camlink for my Sony ZV E10 but still it won't connect to my pc and I don't see anything on OBS. It does work well with USB C but nothing happens with HDMI. Would appreciate any help.
In what quality for USB C recording/streaming can you achieve? i ask because if you can achieve 4k 30 fps on USB C alone you might not even need the cam link.
What dummy battery do you recommend for the Sony ZV-E10?
Ya, I recommend the one that I use. It works great! i have a link in the description under "Video:" it works for a bunch of Sony cameras and it should work for the ZV-E10!
