They did a clean job except the pockets of cement that fell here and there. Have there been any leaks since the roofing? Was the external roofing included in roofing cost or it was a separate charge? We ain’t related dear. There’s not been any leaks after the installation.All three sides of the walls were intentionally deeply chiseled and the edges of the roofing sheet inserted to prevent any leaks. Yes the external roofing was part of the total cost. Thanks for your compliment and encouragement.🤩
That would solely be based on the measurement of the house.Have your Carpenter or an estimator from a roofing manufacturing company do the measurements and give you a quote. Different companies may give you different prices for the same measurements. I hope this helps.
