Hello dear. Gh45,000 as labor for the plastering of the description of your project is way too much. I spent Gh28,000 as labor for plastering my 5Bedrooms house and less than 200 bags of cement were used. Also 3 trips of sand should be enough for your project. I understand location can affect your cost but the asking price and 270 bags of cement is certainly outrageous. If you don’t mind,you can share both my exterior and interior plastering videos with him and talk to him for reduction. Whatever the outcome maybe,feel free to reach out to me again and I will offer the best help I can. @@joblessed1857 I used 2336 blocks for a land size of 45x110 feet.Even with that,about 170 of it extended into my other half plot,so you might need less or more blocks depending on the size of your land. Oh wow,how are people charging that much for boreholes in Ghana? Like Ghc47,000 for a single borehole? I just can’t believe it. I reside in the States as well and made it known to the company but at no point did they try to overcharge me. You are so right with the business aspect of it. These guys did an excellent job with my borehole and I’m always ready to promote and support local artisans when they do the right things in my site. The drilling,submersible pump and installation cost me Ghc17,000. Thanks for sharing your experience with us dear🙏🏽
