Jungkook is the dove he is dead the whole music video. He is happy at the end because he is free. JUNGKOOK IS THE DOVE!!!! edit: wow. thanks. love you ARMY.
well BTS' debut song was called 'no more dream' so maybe it's call back to that era? just how they were saying that ON is a reboot of their second single 'N.O'
Yes! and the whole reboot thing is the key to understanding the MV RM basically spoon fed us the explanation, and the MAMA 2019 VCR basically gave away all the clues. I had to rewatch it a lot and think about it but it made sense once i thought of it in those terms. It made sense after I applied the jung theory thing to it. In the MAMA 2019 performance in the VCR. They had this whole title Journey to myself in there and how future meets past (*J-hope wearing modern clothes, the broken down car in Jimin's scene, the modern/futuristic looking wall, remember in ego how j-hope drove towards the past instead of the future), Past meets present and present meets future to make this whole eternal journey. The hero's journey. The Hero is one of the main archetypes in Carl jung's theory. Here I think the Hero is Jungkook who I think is also a representation of John the baptist (associated with the announcing of the coming of Jesus, peep the thorns in the handcuffs and him being in the river blowing the conch which is basically a symbol of call for freedom and renewal, also reminds me of the scene about Jesus baptism and how the word baptism literally means being born again, and also in the bible, there is the mention of a dove who came down during the baptism which represents the holy spirit and the holy spirit is basically the spirit of renewal and purification). John was a prophet who was later imprisoned for his beliefs, literally a hero who later became a martyr which ties to the theory of sacrifice ( in the Omelas book bout the child living in misery for everyone to be happy). Also the bound hands I think are a direct reference to Matthew 14 there is a whole paragraph where it talks about John the Baptist being imprisoned by king Herod. John was the forerunner/announcer of the messiah who represents a wind of change, death of the old beliefs and birth of the new. This whole mv depicts the Hero's journey, and so it flips through many archetypal events like death, separation, birth and it keeps repeating itself like a loop. That connects to the storyline where Jin keeps going back in time to fix things, if you notice how all the people who died in the beginning, and the dove who was dead as well seemed to come back to life at the end and show up at the wall. And then there are the archetypal motifs by Jung like the apocalypse, the deluge/flood (Noah's ark), creation (the whole scene at the end where everything is born again all green). But in order to give birth/to create, one must basically destroy (remember the whole quote from the demian book from the wings era) so when jungkook blows the conch he is basically calling for that renewal/revolution. To free themselves from the old in order to have the new, so that's why right after you see the whole dance sequence where it is all dark and crazy (looks like a whole battle scene really. And then everything gets set on fire before being born again/ created again. And then other Jungian archetypes are the wise old man (RM in Noah’s role), The child (this is pretty self-explanatory and it makes sense that V would be the one to be with the child, he has a whole solo in his album called “Inner Child” and it also makes sense that the child is a girl, Carl Jung concept of Anima/animus). The john the baptist thing could totally be tied to the Noah (wise oldman jungian archetype)/ Noah's ark thing. Both John and Noah were prophets and they were both ridiculed for their beliefs and the messages that they preached (like BTS in the beginning when they were made fun of for their name and their concept, and the way they dressed or did things), both John and Noah were announcers of a new world/ a new change, John announced the coming of Jesus (a new wind of change) and the abolishment of the olden beliefs of the time while Noah announced the Flood which basically destroyed the whole world and as a result a new world was born again (Just like BTS basically paved the way for a whole industry and also they are the forerunners of a new type of art, they are innovative in everything they do and also try to help change their generation, and the world with their music). Also, the dove thing is present in both Noah and John the baptist stories, Noah I believe released a dove to find out whether or not it was safe to go outside which I think happened when Jin released the dove first before they entered the wall. The dove is also a representation of love and peace and freedom which is why Jin was mourning its death so much in the beginning. Another Jungian archetype is the wise old woman/caretaker (Jin taking the bird home with him, and suffering at seeing the pain around him, in the storyline Jin is also the one who always tries to go back to save everyone and in BTS Jin also happens to be one of the caretakers, taking jungkook to school, cooking on birthdays etc..). There is also the God archetype which is all knowing/idolized and tends to lead and be followed (Peep Suga in the church, in an almost sect-like setting with all his followers, who happen to be young people) which is attached to the trickster archetype (in this case may be J-hope because of his whole Munchausen syndrome thing in the storyline and how Loki the trickster god carries a bow and arrow , like J-hope in blood sweat and tears). But Like I said the two archetypes are closely attached because the trickster archetype can be a god/ a spirit/ a human who has secret knowledge or intellect and uses it to disobey conventions which would explain why his followers are dressed in red and yellow, the colors in that scene I believe reference the 18th century Scandinavian depiction of the trickster God Loki. {side note: BTS has always taken the role of spokespeople for the youth, and they have always gone against convention, against the system and they always had the expertise and the skills/knowledge on how to deliver their message and their whole name basically takes that into account. And I also thought it interesting that Suga take one the God archetype closely attached to the Trickster archetype considering how there is a running joke in the fandom and the group about how much random information and knowledge he has stored in his brain lol and how close he is to J-hope, they had/have a whole sub-unit/ship name called SOPE} The robe (red robes to symbolize energy, passion, and action in this case) thing ties to their Fake love era. How? Well back during that time they had to destroy their masks in order to face themselves aka their inner selves. In this map of the soul era, they did confront their shadows but remember that confronting the shadow doesn't mean getting rid of it, it is more like trying to achieve balance, in order to reach individuation, so by accepting and understanding their shadow they have basically broken down the wall between their outer selves and their inner selves which you see dressed in the cloaks like in fake love and by doing that they have basically shattered/destroyed/set on fire their old world and basically made a whole new one (all the green at the end) where everything is balanced persona/shadow/ego. so that is why you see the destruction right after they show up in the red cloaks with jungkook (the announcer) holding the conch signaling the end of the old and the beginning of the new. And that is why instead of the fireballs going towards the shadow figures, they are shot towards us, the viewers and towards the world around them. I mean it is pretty fucking insane how much detail and care went into this. There is a connection with their project Connect BTS (global art project) with all the paintings and the setting references and choice of clothing during the mv. Like the bindings on jungkook’s wrists do remind me of the Gormley exhibit in new York, The whole dance scene with the bonfires, and the whole set there remind me of the ritual of care thing, and I believe some people were talking about that on twitter, the whole greenery, the trees, the rivers remind me of Catharsis. There is also all the references to tracks on the album, like UGH (J-hope being indifferent and singing in front of the corpse being eaten by the raven/crow), Black swan (the abandoned and broken drums in Jimin's scene, signaling abandonment of music/the death of their art), we are bulletproof the eternal (coming together at the end of all the trials crossing the wall together), Ego (Journey to the past) etc... RM did say that this album was all about rebooting, and rebirth so it makes sense that the mvs main focus would be the journey to that rebirth/reboot. And this is just one of the main things in this mv, there is just so much detail and so many more Easter eggs and clues related to the storyline and the album. They even paid attention to the choices of bird and animals they put in the mv. I would be here all day if I went into all the details. This whole thing is a masterpiece.
@@ginouclint7845 wow really appreciate your explanation. you should share it to many more people. i love on how you are not only explain the story line but also tie it to BTS as a group (more personally).
If you remember the cartoon in the make it right MV, there’s a blonde girl and a boy with long hair similar to Vs. I think the girl represents ARMY (not saying that all ARMYS are girls it’s just a symbol) and he’s protecting us from seeing the bad situation they are in. When the door/gate opens V removes the blindfold because everything is good now and they can escape.
Can I just say that as many reactors as I've seen, to me, one of the best breakdowns of the meaning, explained, was from Blaze!! Such an amazing insightful interpretation of the meaning of the MV!!! That was awesome!! Thank you!!!
I feel like sometimes it takes someone with a clear vision of the world to decipher BTS MVs and Blaze has got it!!! Great job Blaze!!!👍🏼I love the Movie references everyone has come up with in the video but he broke it down based on life!!! Which if you think about it, the boys were trying to protect the youth against the system in N.O. ....remember😎😏 They are telling the youth now that we taught you how to love yourselves by embracing your Shadows and have set you free by finding your Ego, now you can pursue your Dreams. Ps- I’m guessing it’s a hint to an upcoming song that will be the reboot of No More Dream😎😏
First thank you both for the compliments I really and truly appreciate it🥰. Next Look at what BTS is doing to us we are having more intelligent conversations than nonsense commentary to each other. We are being inspired from all parts of the globe, and there for each other as Army=Family.🤗💜💜💜❗
@blaze show you're the main reason why I've subscribed to this channel because your comments are so insightful & humorous I'm a huge fan of the 3of you but you're my bias I 💜you
I just wanna say I really love how you guys silently watch through it once and then play it back again to give your commentary. Sometimes people miss certain details when they talk over the video too much, but I can tell you guys are always really focused in on what you're watching. Keep it up!! Love you guys!! 💞
I read an article that BigHit said this MV confirms BTS’s willingness to go on an eternal journey, which means their dream is everlasting, thus the deletion of the “no more” part in “no more dream.”
remember that the army is karma, well, we are going to make ourselves noticed, with the army nobody gets in, let alone we go to what reassures after they have robbed us of more than 90 million of views, I love guys
I mean the current views can’t possibly be the real views. There like over 30 million subscribers and if everyone watched only 2 times we should be at 60 but there were people streaming all day.
@@Jiminie53421 I don't think that all the subscribers are actually ARMY and watch every video when it comes out, also there are casual fans who don't care about streaming. Many people stream all day but a portion of those views is deleted. Not because of emoji or anything else in the comments, but because TH-cam is not a streaming platform, its algorithms have a purpose of protecting those who don't have a devoted fanbase or bots. With streaming we are basically trying to inflate the numbers on BTS' videos and it's not good for other TH-cam channels. People are expecting TH-cam to work like a streaming platform but it's just NOT. We are just trying to bend it's rules with the streaming. And those who are going to give TH-cam bad rating, sing petitions and so on are just giving the fandom bad image of crazy people who are obsessed and overly emotional and vindictive.
I think the boy with the drum is a reference to John Clem who had unofficially joined a Union Army regiment at the age of 9 as a drummer and mascot, became famous as The Drummer Boy or The Little Drummer boy
Love the way Blaze thinks. Remember, Jin could time travel as in the Story Line...saves people, dove and releases JK from the crown of thorns on his wrists...the moment he released the dove...
Also, I think there could be an element of time travel at 9:26 which links to their storyline! There are many bird cages, perhaps showing how Jin is trying to save the dove?? 🧐
The one thing that felt clear to me out the gate was that the wall was the barrier between the ego and the shadow, and once the barrier was broken down (freeing the self) both sides of the wall immediately flourished.
Did you see TH-cam deleted over 70M views i saw for myself that it’s went from 48M down to 43M i’m so mad this is so corrupt and disgusting especially seeing Army work so hard
at first tbh i didn't believe it but when i saw with my eys that from 48M they made it 43M i wanted to break my pc , this is the greatest sabotage of all times!! so unfair...
That interpretation of the blindfold on the girl (fear of the unknown) and the last scene of JK running toward the edge (don't be afraid to jump to reach your dream) are one of the best I've heard so far. Kudos guys!
Omg i just noticed that they have a song called no more dream and at the end it changes from "no more dream" to just "dream" and the song is called "on" and those words put together is "dream on"
Guys thank you for posting after 24hrs. We were streaming till death to achieve our goals cause we really got over 100M views for sure even though TH-cam does not recognize it. Now it's time to to watch the reactions of our favorite TH-camrs. Much love to you guys
I think the meaning of V's tattoo/darkness on his neck inland contrast with his bright/neutral clothes and how calm/at peace he looks is because he has already embraced his shadow! And when he removes the little girls blindfold to reveal himself and to reveal what's behind the wall is to show her and everyone do not be afraid, it's time to see inside yourself and become empowered with knowing who you truly are!
THANK YOU for noticing the cage moving. So many reactions missed that along with the crow pecking at JK. V "tat" was his idea. He brought it to their manager and they agreed to it. The thorns on JK, he said they were real and that the water was freezing. LOL If you notice, when they all walked up to the gate, JK wasn't there. After the dove is released, he walks up to them and they move forward through the gate. Together they can do anything.
Here is my take because this film/video has so much symbolism in it. In the BTS storylines Jin is always the protector of peace. When they first debuted their title track was no more dream... this video shows many aspects we as humans face in life when we often have to face our shadows or in this case fear and negativity. The white dove 🕊 represents peace, blessings and new beginnings. In the beginning the dove is dead but then comes back to life. As we face our destiny in life a part of us must die in order for a new one to begin. RM is seen with Noah’s arc which represents his role as leader. He is being charged with leading the group on towards their destiny. JK is seen running; as a very young adolescent when he first joined the group he had doubt and fear of success. They all did. Through out the video we see symbols of death and at the end it’s brought back to life. Notice how when they begin to climb to their success you see 7 white doves ascend towards the heavens. JK’s run is his Euphoria towards who he and the rest of the band is meant to be. They faced their fears and have risen towards their success. Climbing that rock shows they have claimed their place in this world, both in light and dark.
The beat boxing at the end always cracks me up! Blaze is a mind reader bc that’s truly my same thought process. It’s just such a blessing to be able to experience this much talent. ARMY forever 💜💜
Thanks for your reaction! Just an observation: When JK gets his hands out of the water, he has the shell. Similar to Fake Love MV, JK has his scene where he picks up water with his hands. Also, the hooded cloaks theme in both MVs, minus the no shelter/roof. Thanks for the big wall theme. BTS breaking down barriers. So much time traveling in the MV.
I’ve watched this video so many times and have so many theories! This feels like a continuation of Fake Love. I loved Blaze’s idea about the wall. The visuals were out of this world!
Armys and BTS just break another record which is the most deleted views in youtube history, a grand total of 98M views got deleted, we would be at 149M by now *sigh
If you guys watched the awake short film from the wings series yet but RM says "The bird fights it's way out of the egg, the egg is the world. Who would be born must first destroy a world. The bird flies to God, that God's name is Abraxas". Idk if you guys noticed that JK's shackles were in some way like the thorn crown.
I love the way you thought this out. You really noticed so many details. I was thinking that the first Battle scene was BTS in the Beginning, after their debuted. They were fighting battles to get to their dream. 100's of groups battling each other for the right to be music stars. So Many did not make it and were lost on the battlefield but BTS survived. I know my theory is nothing like the theories that are being presented but I like it. So I'm sticking to it.
In No More Dream, the last line of RM was. "To all the youngsters without dreams." And then ON last words on the screen was "Dream." I just connected it, creating a new message saying, *To all the youngsters without dreams, dream.*
My interpretation on the ON mv : 1. Jungkook represented dove, ie hope. 2. Jin saw the dead dove, he thought Jungkook was dead, so hope was dead, there was no longer any hope. 3. Jungkook ran away from a wall, running from a system that imprison you, or going out from a Pandora box. 4. Jimin dancing amongst discarded drums, the boy with the drums is silent, there is no more hope for music. 5. RM stranded with the various animals as his ship is broken, there is no more hope for nature, but he still prayed for hope. 6. V with a blind, silent and unmoving child, there is no hope of a childhood that is free to see, voice out and moving forward. 7. Jin saw the bird came alive, meaning that Jungkook was still alive, hope is not dead, there is still hope. 8. Jungkook fainted, hope faltered. 9. But, he dreamt of dark bird on a field with dead trees, with JHope singing. Music can still be heard even among the dead. 10. He also dreamt of a religious place, silent and dark, but Suga was singing. Music can still be sung amongst religious constraints. 11. Jungkook opened his eyes. We can still hope. As he opened his eyes, these things happened. 12. The boy with the drum start playing. Jimin reached out towards the music. 13. The child now can move. V can now opened her eyes. The wall also opened. 14. Jin, RM, Jimin, JHope, Suga now moved towards a new world. 15. Jungkook went into the river. He called out a challenge to the shadows that threatened hope. 16. The dance break, shadows were dancing, a battle between them and the members in robes, that were stuck in the shadow realm. The volcano erupted, the passion fired again, the shadows are destroyed. 17. Jungkook came to the group standing in front of the opened wall. Hope had succeeded in conquering the shadows. 18. RM raised his arm, signalling that the group now can move forward. 19. The group climbed up the mountain with hope. They are moving towards their destiny. 20. Hope ran ahead of them, meaning there is always hope in front of them, ie the future. 😊💜
Did you ever think you would be analyzing a music video like this? And you did an excellent job! I think that Big Hit/BTS have made an Army of thinkers. They have changed our perception of music, and what can be done with music.
Let me add also Jhope and JK segment. Remember in Outro Ego Jhope referenced to god, god, god. And one of them is Odin - God of battle and death- and he is pictured with Ravens. In ON mv Jhope was singing beside JK. Odin's Raven feeding on JK is a poetic way of describing fallen warriors as “sacrifices” to the ravens (based on Norse Mythology)
I figured out that Jin always looks towards Jungkook right after he sees the dove. When the cage moves with the dead dove in it, Jin again looks somewhere and then Jungkook appears running. So I guess the dove represents Jungkook's struggles to survive. Once the dove is free, JK's hands are also free. And it's something about Hobi. He is the only one wearing different clothes.. Like he comes from the future or something
No More Dream ..... DREAM. I think they are also showing their original dream is over. Now they are free to DREAM They will climb to their dream even though they can’t see what or where it actually is yet. They have a line in a song, “How we gonna fix it? We don’t know yet”. .................... you guys are awesome.
Yo Blaze is a theoriser army in the making... Love how he looks for details in every single frame. Nico's reaction when Hobi showed up was pricless. How can we not mention Adam being the first to salute our president boy RM. My adoration for this trio is growing exponentially. 🤗💜
The shell.... I think the shell must be connected symbolically to music. They talk all the time about the power to transcend our difference and connect and communicate through music and performance. They sing in their song Lights that everything is connected through sound. So I think the conch shell is the trumpet (sound the trumpet) as the horn is used in many cultures as a battle cry or as a sound to unite the congregation in worship, in both it is always uniting a group of people to one purpose, a call to action together. It also connects to the spiritual. But for BTS, they see their music as something that connects and hopefully inspires. They want to use it to unite and inspire themselves and others to know themselves, love themselves and be empowered and free by facing ones darkest unconscious fears, desires, painful past and once that is out in the open we can battle and heal as needed, then we can pursue our dreams with our whole being, not imprisoned by fear or past hurts.
What I gathered: when Jimin reached out his hands the dove came back to life. And it says “ find me and I’m gonna live with yah” and when they all gathered around the huge wall,, the dove flew away and then JK’s scene popped up and then they came together. So did the dove find him. Bc if you love around the middle when everyone came together,, Jungkook was t there.. he appeared after the dance solo. 🤨🤪🤔🤔🤔
They put a lot of movie references in the video which is amazing. Hello Birdbox, Lion King, Game of Thrones, Maze Runner, a little bit of Aeon Flux maybe? I love the 7 doves flying which symbolizes hope. I love it!
I just love watching blaze react so much.. even beyond is commentary. You can just see in his eyes connects with the msgs on a deep deep level. Like when he teared up during black swan. Thanks for being army guys. Seriously, thank you. I don’t have any friends or family to share my love of BTS with, so these reactions really mean a lot to me.

Did you know that their MOTS 7 concerts in Seoul are cancelled due to coronavirus outbreak, and ARMYs refunded their ticket money, but they donated the refunds to coronavirus relief efforts? That's what makes BTS and ARMY different than any band and fandom ❤️💜
I appreciate you guys a lot and can feel the connection BTS brings to many people through our community. I am on the other side of the world and I'm still able to grasp your excitement and awe BTS brings. Love the reaction! Especially considering you are "newer" ARMY you really catch on to important parts and also take it very seriously to see the bigger picture. I am glad you created this channel and the content you put out! Hwaiting!
the rock is Vasquez Rocks Natural Area Park in California at 6:49 you see the rock but you'll see two different colors , so the smaller one i would assume is real and the higher lighter one i would assume is CGI because i dont think they have one that big in real life at the Park there where in LA for a long time so i think this whole MV was made in California but we will have to wait and see for the behind the sense lol
This video is a cinematic masterpiece and has a lot of biblical references. Blaze is the I deed the video disector! The shell horn Jungkook blew was a conch which stands for freedom so when he dipped in the water he became free. I really loved the Lion King Pride Rock reference. Remember when Simba took his rightful place at the top at the end to live his destiny. I can't wait to see this story line play out! 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Woooow Blaze! Everybody was thinking JK was scaping from the prison or something like that, but i haven't heard anybody saying he came back to afront it. And even I wasn't aware of that. Thanks for being our interpeter and make the greatest analysis of the videos. Love you guys, i was waiting for this!💜
The MV had so many different movie reference’s in it, like lion king-The Mountain, Maze Runner-The Girl standing in front of the wall and a few more. Amazing!!!
Yay! I was so excited to see you guys react to this! Thanks for waiting 24hr💜Loved your reaction and it was so nice to see all three of you pick through the video and notice different details! It pays off to react in a group😆
the shell ties it to the Blood sweat and tears era. going into the love yourself face yourself theme. And the ending thing with dream I think signifies that what they never thought was possible in the 'no more dream' era has happened. And they each have changed and grown so much since then. They have faced themselves through their music and have learned to love themselves and are encouraging army to do the same.
as someone who grew up going to catholic school, the amount of biblical references present ( noah's arc, moses, the 'crown' of thorns, the weeping in the garden, the baptism in the jordan river, the second coming/the book of revelations, etc.) is so beautifully done and how they managed to blend it with movie references and literature references as well as other religious references was so amazing, I can't express how amazed I am at all of it and I can't stop watching it.
I noticed in the dance break, that it's a combo of multiple iconic moves from previous songs. I think by doing this, BTS is showing the shadow is also the past and that by facing the past, they are able to learn, grow and break free from what has been holding them back in order to dream.
A little fun factoid for you, the visual effects company, Ingenuity Studios that worked on this video is the same company that worked on Marvel films ;P Only the best of the best for our bestest boys.
the blindfolded girl is ARMY in ‘Make it right’. And there’re many movies ref in this MV like the ship and animals around Numjoon is from NOAH’s ark,the wall from Maze runner and the lord of the ring in dance break scenes. And I want you to know that giraffe in the mv is real, maybe just an elephant isn’t real. sorry for my bad english skill.
i know you guys have watched the make it right mv that has some animation on it of a boy (representing bts) and a girl (representing army). many armys are theorizing the blindfolded girl in this mv is the same one from make it right. btw i really love blaze’s insights and interpretation of the video! really amazing, he’s so smart
13:52 - Confronting the Shadow in the Long Dark Night of the Soul can definitely feel like Armageddon because it is literal an apocalypse "apo (away from) + kalyptein (veil)", it's the removal of the veil, removing the separation between the conscious and unconscious.
Perfect timing xceleste posted an explanation video just in time hopefully you check it out and I’m excited to see your thoughts on that it after you piece everything together . Remembers this is tied to the BU storyline. Celeste also has that BU storyline summary we’ve been saying you NEED to watch then this will all make sense
I loved Blaze’s opinion and comments! Felt like we were watching post apocalyptic new world, maze runner, lord of the rings, hunger games, game of thrones, lord of the flies, Noah’s Ark, birdbox, pride rock from the Lion King. It felt like we were in Genesis 19 and District 13. There are allot of biblical references too, the little drummer boy, Noah’s ark etc. When you hear the trumpets sound it reminds of the Book of Revelation when 7 trumpets are sounded by 7 angels right before the Apocalypse. The little girl reps V’s fictional sister and I think the blindfold is a ref to Birdbox and V’s covered her eyes to protect her from evil until the reached the opened gates to the new world. Also For me JK represents the dove that was imprisoned in the cages since he’s bound and ran away from the prison. He set himself free when he sang and is baptized in the river-reborn! Historically conch shell is a symbol of power and banishes evil spirits. JK’s singing and the scene at the bridge reminds me of Maya Angelou’s “I know why the caged bird sings”, a coming of age story about the strengths of character that can help overcome trials, trauma and racism. The character transforms from victim to a self-possessed dignified person responding to prejudice- which reminds me allot about what BTS has had to endure from haters etc to finally free themselves from negativity to reach their destiny as the legends they are!
there are many movie references in this MV .... beginning is like Braveheart .... mazerunner ... Lion King (pride rock) and the end is like Game of thrones
Omg 😱😱😱 I got goosebumps!!! Dang lots and lots in my head right now.. Looks like a movie from LION KING, MAZE RUNNER, ATTACK ON TITANS, NOAH'S ARK, GAME OF THRONES, LORDS OF THE RING AND BIRD BOX
The fire scene on the mountain, it's possible it's connected to the CONNECT BTS art installation Rituals of Care. After the dance break is over is when the area beyond the gates starts to flourish with new growth. Description of the installation: "The programme spans experimental choreography, healing practices, sonic installations and collective gatherings. These interdisciplinary works and practices explore the necessary conditions for coming together and tending to environments, to physical and spiritual worlds and to other beings. Through a range of somatic techniques, queer re-imaginings and indigenous perspectives, these performances offer radical acts of care and repair." Other theories are that it's connected to the biblical Mount Sinai since there are descriptions of it being volcano like. Honestly, knowing BTS it's probably both.
Don't know if anyone else noted that pigeons/doves represent peace and harmony. Conch shell can symbolize call to deity or a call to wake people up🙂. Looks like Jungcook is calling everyone else to wake up and fight to be free. Love it💜
I did all you said Hit Subscribe Notification I don't subscribe to many of these channels because so many reactors like to use Army and BTS but I see your post on FB and YT and I think you're the most honest ones I seen so far and I love AJ.
MY fav BLAZE, YOU NOTICED IT MOVING! Exactly Hope coming back to life. It's just an amazing video! The whole Damn thing!! Little girl may represent ARMY
I'm so frustrated, I spent hours and hours trying to reach the goal, even my family was committed to this goal, I know that ARMY around the world was struggling to make 90M a reality, and it's very unfair that yt delete so many vi3ws
I love your interpretations of their music videos! Thanks for continuing to give us awesome and exciting reactions! It always makes my day when I see you’ve posted a new reaction!
Blaze a theorist man. He’s so smart, observant and detailed
Wow thank you so much that compliment thanks again🤗💜💜💜❗
I love how Balze watches this 💜💜💜
Trueee
I watch this more to see Blaze insight and comments.
Blaze insights are great as always..🙂

Wow Blaze you are on fire!
Thanks I appreciate you🤗💜💜💜❗
BARS!!! 🤓🙌🏼
@@BlazeHVShow We hear you. That rings true. Thanks for some very insightful theories and interpretations.
Jungkook is the dove he is dead the whole music video. He is happy at the end because he is free. JUNGKOOK IS THE DOVE!!!!
edit: wow. thanks. love you ARMY.
If they all have wings, which we know they do; if the are those 7 doves, then we know they can and will jump without fear. Because they will fly.
Blaze with the insight, boy's mind is deep. Couch philosopher in effect 😎
Wow thank you🤗💜💜💜❗
well BTS' debut song was called 'no more dream' so maybe it's call back to that era? just how they were saying that ON is a reboot of their second single 'N.O'
Yes! and the whole reboot thing is the key to understanding the MV RM basically spoon fed us the explanation, and the MAMA 2019 VCR basically gave away all the clues.
There is also the God archetype which is all knowing/idolized and tends to lead and be followed (Peep Suga in the church, in an almost sect-like setting with all his followers, who happen to be young people) which is attached to the trickster archetype (in this case may be J-hope because of his whole Munchausen syndrome thing in the storyline and how Loki the trickster god carries a bow and arrow , like J-hope in blood sweat and tears). But Like I said the two archetypes are closely attached because the trickster archetype can be a god/ a spirit/ a human who has secret knowledge or intellect and uses it to disobey conventions which would explain why his followers are dressed in red and yellow, the colors in that scene I believe reference the 18th century Scandinavian depiction of the trickster God Loki. {side note: BTS has always taken the role of spokespeople for the youth, and they have always gone against convention, against the system and they always had the expertise and the skills/knowledge on how to deliver their message and their whole name basically takes that into account. And I also thought it interesting that Suga take one the God archetype closely attached to the Trickster archetype considering how there is a running joke in the fandom and the group about how much random information and knowledge he has stored in his brain lol and how close he is to J-hope, they had/have a whole sub-unit/ship name called SOPE}
The robe (red robes to symbolize energy, passion, and action in this case) thing ties to their Fake love era.
@@ginouclint7845 Thanks for sharing, there is so much going on that my brain hurts but this made me appreciate the boys even more!
@@shanzanoor854 army pleasure.

I thought I was the only one who saw that big head of hair as V😁
"Y'all too deep for me" AJJ's reaction is me when I watched the MV for the first time lol
Can I just say that as many reactors as I've seen, to me, one of the best breakdowns of the meaning, explained, was from Blaze!! Such an amazing insightful interpretation of the meaning of the MV!!! That was awesome!! Thank you!!!
Thanks🤗💜💜💜❗
I love Blaze's mind working OMG... 👏👏👏👏👏👏💜
Thanks🤗💜💜💜❗
I read an article that BigHit said this MV confirms BTS’s willingness to go on an eternal journey, which means their dream is everlasting, thus the deletion of the “no more” part in “no more dream.”
Nico smile when he sees hobi is so cute
You can’t hide true love! :)
I’m so impressed by Blaze’s interpretation! Makes complete sense. 💜👍🏽
Thanks i appreciate yall 🤗💜💜💜❗
i like your reaction when jhope appears🙈 your smiles so beautiful!
never seen you guys that speechless 😂😂 love it
Hoang Alcarez It was a moment for sure 🤓
remember that the army is karma, well, we are going to make ourselves noticed, with the army nobody gets in, let alone we go to what reassures after they have robbed us of more than 90 million of views, I love guys
Some army are rating TH-cam at 1 star. You should join if you want to!
Can't we launch a complaint???
Sandy S
Lots of ARMY are leaving 1 star reviews for TH-cam on the AppStore and google.
Thats so dope 🤗💜💜💜❗
Blaze is always so incredibly insightful!!! His analysis is so good!
Thanks 🤗💜💜💜❗
Also, I think there could be an element of time travel at 9:26 which links to their storyline! There are many bird cages, perhaps showing how Jin is trying to save the dove?? 🧐
The one thing that felt clear to me out the gate was that the wall was the barrier between the ego and the shadow, and once the barrier was broken down (freeing the self) both sides of the wall immediately flourished.
Did you see TH-cam deleted over 70M views i saw for myself that it’s went from 48M down to 43M i’m so mad this is so corrupt and disgusting especially seeing Army work so hard
They’re trending it on twitter
Istg this is outrageous!
Didn't they do that to Idol as well?

That interpretation of the blindfold on the girl (fear of the unknown) and the last scene of JK running toward the edge (don't be afraid to jump to reach your dream) are one of the best I've heard so far. Kudos guys!
This video calms me down after knowing that youtube is deleting bts "on" views -.-
Same..
Yeah same
Same -,-
Omg i just noticed that they have a song called no more dream and at the end it changes from "no more dream" to just "dream" and the song is called "on" and those words put together is "dream on"
Guys thank you for posting after 24hrs. We were streaming till death to achieve our goals cause we really got over 100M views for sure even though TH-cam does not recognize it. Now it's time to to watch the reactions of our favorite TH-camrs. Much love to you guys
💜💜💜
I think the meaning of V's tattoo/darkness on his neck inland contrast with his bright/neutral clothes and how calm/at peace he looks is because he has already embraced his shadow! And when he removes the little girls blindfold to reveal himself and to reveal what's behind the wall is to show her and everyone do not be afraid, it's time to see inside yourself and become empowered with knowing who you truly are!
I love that you respected the 24 hours of the debut
THANK YOU for noticing the cage moving. So many reactions missed that along with the crow pecking at JK. V "tat" was his idea. He brought it to their manager and they agreed to it. The thorns on JK, he said they were real and that the water was freezing. LOL If you notice, when they all walked up to the gate, JK wasn't there. After the dove is released, he walks up to them and they move forward through the gate. Together they can do anything.
i love how blaze it on fire in this video... i like it what he said about kookie's scene at the end. When you live without fear, you jump. i agree...
Guys thanks for waiting to post this. Much appreciated 💜
Just an observation:
When JK gets his hands out of the water, he has the shell. Similar to Fake Love MV, JK has his scene where he picks up water with his hands. Also, the hooded cloaks theme in both MVs, minus the no shelter/roof.
Thanks for the big wall theme. BTS breaking down barriers.
So much time traveling in the MV.
I loved how the MV and Connect BTS are linked especially the catharsis and ritual of care .So that the entire concept become wholesome
I’ve watched this video so many times and have so many theories! This feels like a continuation of Fake Love. I loved Blaze’s idea about the wall. The visuals were out of this world!

💜💜💜
In No More Dream, the last line of RM was. "To all the youngsters without dreams." And then ON last words on the screen was "Dream." I just connected it, creating a new message saying, *To all the youngsters without dreams, dream.*
My interpretation on the ON mv :
They really have and i love them for that🤗💜💜💜❗
Definitely. 💜💜💜
Like he comes from the future or something
damn.. i got teary towards the end when blaze was explaining the mv. wow that's a really good interpretation. wow
I swear I love the addition of Blaze❤️
That I'm happy to be part of the team🤗💜💜💜❗
No More Dream ..... DREAM. I think they are also showing their original dream is over. Now they are free to DREAM They will climb to their dream even though they can’t see what or where it actually is yet. They have a line in a song, “How we gonna fix it? We don’t know yet”. .................... you guys are awesome.
Yo Blaze is a theoriser army in the making... Love how he looks for details in every single frame. Nico's reaction when Hobi showed up was pricless. How can we not mention Adam being the first to salute our president boy RM. My adoration for this trio is growing exponentially. 🤗💜
🤗💜💜💜❗
💜💜💜
the theory I saw about JK dying and then smiling at the end because he thought he was with them still makes me want to cry
They put a lot of movie references in the video which is amazing. Hello Birdbox, Lion King, Game of Thrones, Maze Runner, a little bit of Aeon Flux maybe? I love the 7 doves flying which symbolizes hope. I love it!

This video is a cinematic masterpiece and has a lot of biblical references. Blaze is the I deed the video disector! The shell horn Jungkook blew was a conch which stands for freedom so when he dipped in the water he became free. I really loved the Lion King Pride Rock reference. Yes! Was looking forward to your review.
the shell ties it to the Blood sweat and tears era. going into the love yourself face yourself theme.
A little fun factoid for you, the visual effects company, Ingenuity Studios
that worked on this video is the same company that worked on Marvel films ;P Only the best of the best for our bestest boys.
the blindfolded girl is ARMY in ‘Make it right’.
Reminds me of The Maze Runner and the end Lion King (Pride Rock). Love your reactions, like that you let play without interruptions.
It's breathtaking...and you'll be speechless...
Then you'll find yourself watching it again...then again...and so on...Wow!
i know you guys have watched the make it right mv that has some animation on it of a boy (representing bts) and a girl (representing army). many armys are theorizing the blindfolded girl in this mv is the same one from make it right.

13:52 - Confronting the Shadow in the Long Dark Night of the Soul can definitely feel like Armageddon because it is literal an apocalypse "apo (away from) + kalyptein (veil)", it's the removal of the veil, removing the separation between the conscious and unconscious.
No More Dream is their first MV. You guys should react to that one too.

Blaze's interpretation of the mv is really cool!! I came to a similar conclusion but his theory is beautiful! thanks guys
Thank you i appreciate your words🤗💜💜💜❗
Omg 😱😱😱 I got goosebumps!!! Dang lots and lots in my head right now.. Looks like a movie from LION KING, MAZE RUNNER, ATTACK ON TITANS, NOAH'S ARK, GAME OF THRONES, LORDS OF THE RING AND BIRD BOX
That shell is call a conch shell it symbolize freedom there’s a lot of meanings and references in this MV
Lyrics, dance, MV all of ON, very very good😭
The fire scene on the mountain, it's possible it's connected to the CONNECT BTS art installation Rituals of Care.
Love it💜
Three of them are smart with different personalities and perspectives i like these guys videos lot
