The choreographer for the Lab (the backup dancers) said that they were cheering esp during the dance break part bc they knew that was when BTS would be feeling the most tired and they wanted to motivate them to keep pushing all the way through 😭💜

Hey guys! Your aunty's here with the notes: The CHOREOGRAPHER it turns out is the striking girl from the opening shot. 19 year old Sienna Lalau has worked on several BTS projects. "Dionysus", J Hope's "Chicken Noodle Soup", and now "ON". She and her crew from The Lab Creative Arts danced in Hobi's mv too. She is also a Pacific Islander, Polynesian (Samoan?), and so are we! I lost my mind, my proud aunty mode engaged. Seeing the diversity in this mv was very healing for me because we all know how loving and inclusive they are. Well, I was confronted by multiple ignorant members of the press blasting BTS as racist today (one claim it seems stemmed from a language misunderstanding...the Korean word for "you/I") They also aggressively demonized ARMY. I like the transitions because they make it look effortless. Most of the time when they transition they are facing forward and they just move knowing the person that was just there has moved as well! They are in total sync with one another. They are truly the greatness we are all getting tired of! 😉
Yeees, the transitions especially during lyric "bring the pain, oh yeah" with the boys bumping their chests and switching places is really satisfying to me. 😆
Tae was dancing so hard he yeets his hair out the hair tie. Anyone else when they were watching find it and couldn't help but notice the hair tie on the floor? I watch that video 5 times because i was trying to catch everything. The hair tie is in the white part of the floor in the logo for bts for anyone wondering.
That double spin Jungkook hits towards the end is crazy!!! Fun Fact: they practiced this when they were in LA for the grammy's and Ariana Grande so this and lost her mind. There's a pic of her with them online on this stage. BTS burning up the practice stage at the Grammy's getting ready for this year's!!!

So the choreographer is actually a woman!!! Her name is Sienna Lalau and she was the one in the middle of the dancers (in the official Music Video and here). She's the one with the pink hair. The other dancers are from her studio: The Lab.

The choreographer of this dance is one of the girl who was in the music video of 'On: Kenetic Manifesto Film' she was the girl who appeared right off the start in the MV. (her skin colour is dark brown, it'll help you to find her more easily) She is 18 years old and she's filled with pure talent, she has even choreographed some of Blackpink's dances. Stan her....

I was bumping this in my sister's truck the other day while going to work and had folks in the cars next to me asking what the song was at the light. One of the girls from the dance crew posted on her Instagram story saying that energy is a must within their crew. So, understanding that the boys would be exhausted from practicing so much, the dance crew added cheering them on during the second half of the dance break to give the boys energy. I don't why but for me, I get goosebumps every time I see that part now. I'm from New Zealand, so not only is the cheering touching and adrenaline pumping but it also reminds me of the Haka. To see the togetherness between BTS and The Lab Dance Crew was really touching and inspiring to see. Shout out to all dancers that were on this project! We love ALL of the hard work and support you all brought to this project 💙💙

That drumstick drop at the end just made every mic drop out of date. DAMNNNNN that marching band had so much energy! The way the band complimented the dancing and kept the rhythm moving forward was amazing. And the boys just wrung out every drop of energy they had for that PRACTICE. This is why I'm an ARMYMOM :)
As a marching band nerd.... MAN! THAT KILLED! I love drumline stuff. I love the feeling and energy from it. This song gets me PUMPED UP everytime. XD
i gotta say, it's rare to find reactors now a days that's really really genuine in appreciating BTS. most of them gives super hyped up and over the top praises without actually bothering to look at the depths of the lyrics, the meaning of every words, the flow of the song, how the beat drops, taking notes abt the choreo making sure nothing is wasted in the eyes, appreciating even the ppl that work along side them, or knowing where this song was supposed to be aimed for. and you guys do all of that. I can really tell that you're listening to BTS in your daily lives, not just on cam for the sake of reacting. that's why this channel is the only thing I'm waiting whenever BTS drops something. hope you guys never change. proud to have you part of the ARMY. :)

That was a perfect ending...I am old enough to remember this press conference. I almost died when I seen it again,great reference about practice..YOU guys a so much fun to watch, it is nice to have someone share my exact passion for these amazing men....
I think what amazes me and often gets forgotten when you get so into watching the choreo is that they are SINGING through all of it. So many performers wouldn't be able to do the choreo period, let alone sing during it, and yet BTS does and they do it so damn good.
OWL (Old White Lady) here. Watched this with Philly native basketball-crazed husband. Got a 5-minute rant on Iverson - esp. AI cutting out on Fan Appreciation Night. "Iverson, despite his genius, never understood the team concept." Not a problem the guys of BTS have. Plus - Learning of all kinds takes Repeated, Distributed, Practice. The world can't hear that enough. Thank you, gentlemen.

Something that a dancer said before about BTS that it always stuck with me, BTS has the smoothest transitions of dancer positions. Sure, sometimes they're just walking in, but it's minimal. But when someone needs to come to the center, it's a turn (like at 02:36), or spreading out (like 02:39). It's so smooth and seems effortless for them. They really know now to keep you focused in because every move is crucial to them keeping in the same position and they are always so on point for that.
J-hope’s part is too short, but to me the best part! Loved your reactions as always!

The Lab (the dance team with them who won WoD in 2018 if I’m not mistaken) said they wanted to hype bts really hard even though they were tired from the practice as well because they knew bts were VERY tired at this point of the choreography but they wanted to encourage and amp them up! Sienna Lalau, who you may know as the 19 year old girl in the beginning of the Manifesto Film, also choreographed this along with Dionysus and CNS!
