normally there is 2 files, you need to copy the original ship if you have the pirated game, copy the 2 files of the mod and paste it on the folder of AC4 and thats all. it supposed what you get instantly the ship, if not, maybe the mod is outdated or it simply doesnt work.

btw, i recommend you, if you dont want bugs during missions, use instead the "OP Jackdaw" what is the vanilla ship but OP.
