Thank you! I haven't been back for 3 years. Tyvm, covid and health issues. Hope to finally make the move in about 6 months. I really appreciate the tour. Saw my hairdresser and manicurist and so many shops that I've missed. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am Ecuadorian I have researched on long-lived populations that live an average of 80 years and more, I discovered that of the blue zones such as the island of Greece, the Hunza in Asia, the island of Okinawa, Japan, Loma linda, California, most of those cities were at a height above sea level between 1000 meters and 1800 meters, I found that the height and its nearby waters were key to longevity, height, not living near the beach.

Nice video. I liked and subscribe.
Seen the dirt bikes in the first minute in, no plates. Are you allowed to drive unregistered dirt bikes in the town? Or the police just dont care?
It seems to be a very nice little town.

Vilcabamba is 1700 meters above sea level, according to scientists it is the ideal height to enjoy good health, maximum up to 2500 meters. Vilcabamba is an energy center for its waters. Near Vilcabamba lives a community of short people immune to cancer.

@@jolifarms-Ecuador The inhabitants of that community of Loja do not suffer from diabetes or cancer, they suffer from a genetic mutation called laron syndrome, which makes them immune, they suffer from that mutation since they descend from a line of the Jewish race, they were investigated, there was a controversy since DOCTORS FROM THE UNITED STATES took their blood to study the subject

How much do you tip for a $3.00 haircut. I gave a guy $2.00 tip for a $3.00 haircut. It was in the large mercado and was an experience. Too much fun.
