58 years old and still looking great .
She looks incredible 😊
Looking AMAZING! Did not know/could not tell she's 10 years older than me. And that she's become a women's health activist. More power to you, Halle!
Talking Crazy.
Still? Always!
Me too but feeling brain fog
48 year old fart male here and I truly appreciate Halle for helping women health especially menopause. We all come from a woman so we should continue to better their health. Sending everyone hugs and love ❤
❤❤❤❤
Yeah it looks like you should look into male menopause sir.
@@mrsblue3011 haha 😂 good one ☝️
Halle is old enough to be your mom she is 10 years older then you
Well said sir and thank you for supporting middle aged women.
Many doctors don’t know how to deal with menopause.
True!!! Why? Because it’s very complex🤷🏾♀️
Many male, and female doctors, don't know how to deal with anything regarding female health regardless of whether they are an OBGYN or not or a certified or expert in it!
@@v.i.butterfly4779 No, they won't do the research. It is out there.
So true!
Men doctors. Not women doctors. It’s that simple.
Love that Halle is standing up for all of us. And thank you to all of the senators who are supporting this bill!
ofcourse you are on Men opoause-you ARE NOT AN ALIEN-What kind of headline is this???
Halle was at her best in this video! Passionate, articulate and on point. As a man I whole heartily support this and believe in women's healthcare! Thanks
Why wouldn’t she be articulate?
200 years ago, an English doctor published a description of menopause, calling it "the death of the woman in the woman," and we STILL view it as something to be mourned. Other cultures celebrate menopause, and get excited about hot flashes. It's time for women to be valued beyond their ability to bear children.
Exactly! And we need to get over this mentality that the body is malfunctioning when it goes into menopause. The hormone levels change over time for a reason. Should we mess with that with HRT, or should we emphasize improving diet and exercise? I say diet and exercise. Work with the body and not against it.
What cultures value and celebrate menopause?
Well said!
Yes yes you must adjust your diet (says the stubborn one) 🤣🤣🤣 ok it makes a huge difference. They dragged me kicking and screaming 😱
Child bearing is the only job women are good at.
Looks are truly DECEIVING we suffer ENORMOUSLY IN SILENCE
Such a shame that American women have to beg for a bill to boost menopause care. We have so much money going to everyone except Americans.
Exactly!
It doesn't help that dr's refuse to educate themselves on the subject.
Amen
Yes, it’s really sickening. All the money goes towards people who aren’t citizens. It goes towards other countries to security border to help fight the wars, and it also goes to the enemy of those country to bring them the equipment so that they can blast their enemies to smithereens it’s just crazy and we spend money for stupid stuff like electric vehicles when we do not have the infrastructure and no one has the money to buy such expensive vehicle. Nowadays people can’t barely afford or increase rent payment they’re not gonna have a house to plug in electric vehicle that they cannot afford. Plus, can we talk about food rising food costs and not to mention increased crime because the DA in California won’t prosecute
EXACTLY. 😢
As a 55yr menopausal woman, I want to say thank you, Halle for speaking for ALL WOMEN! It's sad that a celebrity has to speak up about menopause in order for women to receive help.
●I started menopause at age 45, the hot flashes, night sweats, severe insomnia. Vaginal dryness started at 50, night sweats stopped after 3yrs, and hot flashes stopped after 8yrs. I'm still experiencing insomnia and vaginal dryness.
●I've been using Luveena vaginal moisture for 3yrs now, twice a week, and it has been a lifesaver! My insomnia has gone from waking up every hour to waking up every 3-4hrs.
I know it's hard ladies but it does get better as the years pass.
You can't speak for this sister..My Mother spoke to me and I spoke to my daughters.
I agree, I started out like an insanely woman! However, it's gotten a lot better. Thank you for your kind words of encouragement 😊 🙏🏻
I have a question if you don’t mind. You said 8years. When the hot flashes were coming to an end were the hot flashes at their worst ?
@vannasgran6176 No, they were at there worse the first 3yrs!!! Towards the end was not bad at all.
@lchau2023 You're welcome. Yes, the first 3yrs are definitely the worst!!!!
The stigma linked to aging and menopause is massive, and it’s time we see the beauty of women in the later stages of their lives. Old DOES NOT mean ugly or useless!!!!!
❤
Exactly
Preach!! 💯🔥🔥🔥🔥
It also means grandmotherly, there’s no such thing as hot grandma summer 😅

Halle is spot on!!! I’m glad she is doing this. Menopause affects every part of a woman’s body. And it doesn’t start as late as people think it does.
So, so true. EVERY PART of our bodies. My hearing has been effected by menopause. It's not only hot flashes!
Menopause is way more than hot flashes
And I didn’t even know that! So much to learn about this natural process.
@@sabrinar.purnell3869 yes!!

Absolutely Mrs. Berry I 100% agree with your speech. I am now 50 years old my body is changing and we do need help as women when are in our late 40's and 50 and beyond. Mrs. Berry is right we need women in congress to advocate for our menopausal needs when we approach late 40's and 50's and beyond. Thanks! Mrs. Berry for lending your support on women health issues.

I absolutely hate going to the doctors. As a black woman I hardly get solutions. I'm spoken to like I'm a bother, and I'm often not believed. It's annoying.

Herbs for women's health and menopause of course... 🤭
Doctors refuse to even acknowledge menopause
I listened to a medical doctor give a presentation on menopause and one of the things she mentioned is that many women used to not live much beyond menopause so there's been very little research or emphasis on it.
Exactly
Also peri-menopause
Or they use it for a catch all for any conditions you have over 40 and miss big health issues until it's too late!
My radar goes off when a Hollywood actress & the government want to do something. Wondering what else is in this bill?
If men would go through periods or menopause, a medication would have been discovered by now to deal with the symptoms.
What ?
Men goes through menopause too
It's called andropause for men.
What kind of medication could be manufactured for a God designed bodily function? @sildan1988
Men lose their testosterone more slowly than women and there's viagra but for women there's not much?
And please let’s start with PERImenopause! Because I went straight to my doctor and Gyno with it when my body, that I know VERY well, started going “haywire.” My Gyno first said “NO WAY! You’re too young!” I’m like “hello, I know that I look young but maam I’m 45!” I started experiencing perimenopausal symptoms at 42. I had no idea that this was a thing until doing research myself and finding out that it can start in your late 30’s and early 40’s.
My GP doctor “who was younger than me” had to get a senior doctor to come speak to me but the only thing they wanted to discuss was vaginal dryness and hot flashes. There are sooooo many more issues that come with these hormonal changes.
I asked my mother about it and she had never heard of perimenopause either. And she’s had hot flashes for as long as I can remember. 🤷🏽♀️
Women, we need to talk about it more amongst each other too. I’ve been talking about it to my friends and family who are close to me in age but aren’t quite there yet. They laugh at the thought of it but hey, at least I tried. 🤷🏽♀️
Kudos to Halle for helping to get this ball rolling. 👏🏽
I immediately went into post surgery menopause after a total abdominal hysterectomy at age 48!😩I suffered at work with mood swings and hot 🥵 flashes! Then I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid arthritis which happens to a lot of women during their menopause years. I had to go on disability because my body just gave out on me. At age 63 I was diagnosed with stage four non Hodgkin lymphoma.😩I am now happily living in a retirement community and I am 7 years in remission from my cancer ♋️! I am still struggling with hot 🥵 flashes which is a nuisance to me. But I am still living at age 71 years which is a blessing! Thank you Halle for speaking up for women who are in menopause.
I'm 46 years old and have been experiencing some changes, told my doctors about it and YES....they don't want to acknowledge that its menopause, they have sent me to cardiologist, dermatologist, the gyno won't directly acknowledge it either!!! WHY? why is it so hard to talk about this, even with our medical professionals.????...I'll tell you why.....because there is no code in the medical field to bill for a diagnosis of menopause!!! At least that just what I found out!! Thank God for by best friend of 30 years that has helped me emotionally getting thru day by day struggles in dealing with this change and thank God she is 5 years older and already has been thru the change. Let's make a International Day of Menopausal Women!!! Now that something to celebrate!!!
or even perimenopause...
oh... that makes sense. ... woow...
exactly... I learned about perimenopause from my friends mom... not even from my own mother cause she claims she did not go thru it even though shes reaching 80
Actually, there is a billable dx code for menopause it’s N95.8
Yes. This is why my doctor is a Female and she is awesome! We will make this change!!
Thank you, Halle. Been suffering with Menopause symptoms for 7 years and doctors turn me away because, "I can't help someone with a history of Breast Cancer".
They don't want to give you hormones because they cause cancer xo
Gee, Sad.
Because of tumor estrogen receptors?
I am very sorry that you have been treated so terribly.
I been suffering 13 years and expecting another 7
I am with Halle, I am 58 and I am in MENOPAUSE….. whew felt good to get that out!!!!
😩Yess!🩷
Me too!
I'm happily ready for the next phase of life!
As a woman currently in peri-menopause, I noticed that when I mentioned it, people (even females) would sort of shy away from like I was talking about something dirty or shameful. I would then feel like I said something wrong, so then I would go back to suffering in silence. I know this is not a topic you would want to discuss over the dinner table, but it needs to be talked about as freely as diabetes, heart attacks, depression, etc. It is when a female's hormones get all out of whack and she has all kinds of issues/changes because of it - why is that so embarrassing or seen as taboo? I mean, we are all adults here! I feel like it's officially time we drop the shame, support each other, and do our best to lift each other up because it is definitely a long, rough, and bumpy road.
I can recall when it was whispered only among women, 'oh she's going through the change'. And then the 'ooohs' I had no idea what they were talking about until years later. Menopause was a Hush Hush topic.
I truly understand! I’m the YOU and what I think is not everyone has knowledge of this! They truly don’t understand! I know my body well and know it’s not normal that it is truly menopause. Menopause is a lot of changes going on with our body. I’m not talking about hot flashes. That’s one thing that doesn’t bother me! I stay cold. Menopause is a big stretch. It’s the aches, it’s the anxiety, it’s the palpitations, it’s the body odor coming out of your pores! Like why wasn’t we told this ??? This shouldn’t be a secret! We should all know! It’s like playing guessing games with my body’s! Literally I feel like I’m tip toeing around my body! Like ok she good today ( I’m smiling) next day I feel like I’ve been ran over by a truck smh! And you can’t talk to anyone about this because it seems not normal! So what do we do…we suffer in silence and make the best of it. I read everything. I try and eat well and exercise and pray I will overcome these feelings! This to shall pass!!
Such a wonderfully passionate speech Halle! 58 never looked better! You are a stunning representative of being 58 and a woman going through menopause. Love the bipartisan support from the women in the Congress on this crucial topic. Bravo!!
Halle is on Fire! That was such a moving speech and ALL women, no matter how young you are and feel, will be affected by this movement. Bravo, Halle!!!

Awesome! I’m 43…I started feeling the effects after my last child at 36 years old…I wrote it off to postpartum issues…at 40 I started losing my hair and having the hardest time focusing, I had major irritability issues, I wanted to divorce every single month and the hopelessness takes me over. This gives me major issues in work and my relationships. I pray that we receive some relief… for therapy, fmla something because premenopause, pmdd, menopause can be so debilitating and lonely in the suffering. Women don’t write yourself off, a lot of this is beyond our control within our bodies. I pray you all have some support to help you navigate until we are provided answers and relief. Take care of yourselves and do what’s best for you!
I’m not menopausal atm…. But I do appreciate this initiative and we all women regardless of our age and our health conditions, we should all stand up and advocate for our health. Menopause should not make us sick, unhappy or stigmatized.

OMG I’m going through perimenopause and we do need this! I’ve been frustrated with the lack of education the healthcare system gives us on this topic. I’ve had to watch numerous TH-cam videos to diagnose myself and figure out what’s going on with my body and it’s frustrating. They send u a reminder to do this and send educational fliers for that, but I’ve gotten NOTHING for menopause or perimenopause so u know the MANY SYMPTOMS and WHY your feeling the way your feeling. Thanks HALLE!!!
Since menopause and leading up to it, I’ve had a wide range of symptoms: asthma, neck pain, vertigo, insomnia, acid reflux, rosacea, dry skin, atrophy and itching. I was told by a young female physician’s assistant, that hormone replacement therapy would make me crazy and that I should take antidepressants. I didn’t listen to her, but the ignorance in the medical community of menopausal issues is really frustrating. In the current climate, women need to advocate for themselves because no one else is paying attention. I know Hallie Berry won’t be reading this comment, but I’m very happy that she is calling attention to women’s health issues. We need all the help we can get.
Doctors get involved after women develop osteoporosis. Why does healthcare and society agree it is OK for women to develop osteopenia? If osteopenia is prevented, osteoporosis is prevented.
Because society doesn't care about women, they care that women produce more worker's and consumer's.
I had to fight to get a baseline DEXA scan. My aunt was crippled with osteoporosis at my age. Turns out i have osteopenia. Imagine waiting another decade until i meet the "guidelines."
You're so right 🤗xx
Yup I was one point away from having osteopenia in my left hip, only one year on estrogen and the bone loss stopped. It doesn’t grow new bone but it will stop you from losing more. I am currently almost a year and a half on collagen and I went in for my DEXA scan and it is the high side of normal, this is exactly what the doctor should be having women do and they would never get osteoporosis.😊
@dammar117 you are so not alone!
But honestly, it's just another selfishly greedy way to keep a vast amount of people sick, guaranteed, because you know the Healthcare and phaat pharmas can't live off of healthy people!

Bravo Halle Berry. I feel your passion about this issue!
Women make up half of the population but getting legitimate and accurate healthcare can be ridiculously difficult and it affects people's lives
Not to mention that they are the ONLY ones to "birth" the population
It's so exhausting we are still begging a basic life need and support.
I have multiple autoimmune disorders and CFS/ME which isn’t as recognized and they deem it psychological.
Why are we buying sanitary towels!! If men had periods there's no way on earth those things would be sold!
The pain and discomfort associated with menopause is real. Heart issues and many conditions begin and get worse when the hormones drop. People need to understand there is no need to be in pain due to hormone level changes. Men also have hormone issues and get treatments. Nobody is saying they should suffer so why should women “embrace the pain”?! 😃
... the artist and activist pairing is powerful in bringing folks together to make change...I wanna thank you for putting out the call...how do we show our support further 🎉🎉🎉

Cannabis helped me during my perimenopause years when I had severe hot flashes and night sweats. Weed instantly removed them, and my body returned to homeostasis/normal body temperature. It happened in an instant. Cannabis works as a supplement to the cannabinoid system in the body, which regulates many things, like body temperature and hormones. I've written a couple of articles about my experiences with it on my website for anyone interested in hearing more.
Sister, please get to dring fenugreek tea or blended water with fenugreek. to help menopause. It's amazing.
I am perimenopausal too. I found 'menopause barbie" on youtube. She is a doctor and great educator. I have been binge watching her videos. Search her and watch her video in order. Within few days, you will know more about menopause than your doctor. I have learnt so much but my problem now is to find a knowledgeble doctor/gyne locally to have them write me correct dosage/type of HRT. I live in Canada.
Funny that my comment was removed when it was something that can help women who suffer. Where I live cannabis is legal, and it was like a miracle for me, it helped me instantly. I even tried HRT, but went back to cannabis, it was the only thing that helped me and I will never be quiet about that discovery. It can help other issues too, just search for 'cannabis and parkinsons' for example here on TH-cam to see what it can do.
She is so gorgeous . A striking beauty !
Thank you Halle. I've been dealing with Menopause since age 44. Hot flashes, excessive weight gain, change in body shape, loss of hair, brain fog, lack of sleep, mood swing etc.. You name it, I've had it. At age 57,I still am battling these symptoms. It's difficult when your Dr. disregard what you have to say or you feel you're not being heard. It's become frustrating when you're exercising, changing your diet and nothing seems to work. You just have to keep at it.

OMG! I am so glad that Halle Berry is speaking out and bringing attention to menopause. Yes, she is correct if effects more than just our bottom half below our belly button. My mother use to say to us girls, if you can make it through menopause and don't lose your mind you have done well. I am 59 years old and going through menopause, but I have been dealing with the symptoms since I was in my early 30's. Hot flashes, brain fog, lack of concentration, appetite changes, voice changing, dry eyes and mouth and the fatigue is unreal. In my earlier years I would not sweat so I would just black out and come too later sitting in my car in parking lots at stop signs. Now I have night sweats so bad I can hardly rest and mentally feels like someone has opened up the top of my head and pouring water in my brain and I am drowning. However, after taking permarin medication, I felt much better. I wholeheartedly support Halle's stance on this issue. I am proud of her for bringing attention to the topic of menopause as an important health concern for women."
Michelle Obama shared what she was going thru
While at work, my mother complained of sudden shortness of breath, which led to her having a panic attack. ER doctor told her what she had was a hot flash. She was diagnosed with menopause and sent home. One year later, she's back in the ER with the same complaint SOB. This time, she was admitted and diagnosed with STAGE 4 lung cancer and died 4 months later.
This obviously points out that there are other conditions that can be mistaken for menopause.
I pray this bill is passed.
I’m so happy to see this being addressed. I just had a conversation about this with my doctor.
Halle is officially my big sis today. Love this.
I'm so glad to see menopause being openly discussed. So many woman suffer the effects of a drop in hormones. I went through menopause 4 years ago at age 56 and I thought I was dying. Menopause is more tha hot flashes and our issues should not be dismissed. Thank you Halle for bringing focus to what every woman will go through.
Do you take bio identical hormones or pharmaceutical? I’m so frozen in the debate of which one to take. It’s all so confusing. Glad you’re better!!!
My menopause lead to autoimmune disease because of hormonal imbalances and work stress. Regular medical doctors couldnt help and just prescribed anti-depressants. My Mom hasn't even spoken to me about it and I'm 47 now. I have conversations with my female friends between the ages of 30 and 52 and we speak openly about our symptoms and what we're experiencing from mood swings, weight gain, etc.
About time!! 👏🏼👏🏼♀️Write to your federal representative asking them to support the bill. The Advancing Menopause Care and Mid-Life Women’s Health Act is a bipartisan Senate bill for $275 million that would:
- authorize $125 million in menopause-related research grants through the National Institutes of Health, with respect to -
A) the impact of the symptoms and trajectories of changes across the menopausal transition and the postmenopausal period on women's physical, mental, behavioral, and cognitive health; and
(B) the prevention of related adverse health outcomes among women during the menopausal transition and the postmenopausal period.
- create a $50 million public awareness campaign about menopause,
- fund $50 million in additional training for health workers
- and provide $50 million to improve diagnosis and treatment of chronic conditions affecting women at midlife.
So don't forget to write to your federal representative asking them to support the bill. It's 'The Change' all women deserve. ♀️📝
Yeah, Halle Berry. Great press conference. I’m on board! ❤
Me toooooooo💚💜💚💜💚💜💚✨🌼!!!
I am in my mid forties and I feel a change with my emotions and energy levels. I know it has to do with my hormone changes….not depression. We need our healthcare to help us get through this
Thank you, Halle. Going throught perimopause now. It hit me like a ton of bricks, and I had NO idea what it was. My mother, aunts and grandmothers didn't tell me about this. It's bc they didn't know, and they didn't know bc their doctors didn't know. Such a tragedy. I've been having issues and my female doctor couldn't explain better than to say it was bc I was getting older. We need this for women all over the world!!!
Stage 4 breast cancer treatment caused menopause, and now I'm getting infusions for bone health that is very similar to treatment for osteoporosis, I take Zometa for bone mets. Menopause is a normal healthy phase of life in which we spend half our lifetimes! That's very RARE in the animal kingdom, so we don't know a lot about it yet!! Thank you Halle!! We need this! Too many doctors, including too many gynecologists, don't know anything about menopause. We should have more information!
Praying for your continued recovery 🙏🏾
May full health and strength be yours. God bless you
@@sabrinar.purnell3869 Thanks! I assure you that while I don't wish cancer on anyone, if you gotta have cancer, breast cancer is one of the most easily treatable ones right now. I don't often feel "sick" despite treatment during ongoing targeted therapy for the past 4 years.
@@cheriedeparis5000 I appreciate that. I kinda needs some strength sometimes, so thank you! The Zometa is going to help me resume physical therapy and eventually swim again! Modern medicine is doing great things with the donations they receive.
She’s insanely gorgeous!!!!!! Inside and out 😭
She’s beautiful inside and out.
Her skin is glowing and is beyond beautiful.
Thank you Halle! I’m 40 and peramenopausal. I’m pleased to see you start the change!
There are doctors who still advise against HRT and it is a huge disservice to women in menopause. They really should keep up with the latest research before advising against it.
To think that viagra and gender-affirming treatments are readily available, well reasearched, and highly funded, while we have to fight for HRT and proper care in infuriating.
You'd think they might feel embarrassed by their patients being far better informed and up to date. We have to advocate for ourselves, often it's a bit of a battle, which is dreadful. Time for a big shake up 😊xx
I had to find the right doctor and I did on the national menopause website.
I'm taking hrt and it's helped alot of my symptoms.
@@winning3329 that gives me hope- I'm wondering if HRT might help my symptoms. It's been ugly, and my PCP just ignores the topic.
Bravo Halle! I’m so proud of you for championing this cause! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽🙏🏾🥰
Halle is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!!
Happy to see her using her celebrity for real issues and advocacy! 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Thank you, Halle. I learned the hard way but self advocated too. As middle aged women, we all need to acknowledge the elephant in the room. Perimenopause and Menopause.
I was done at 47 and I am glad.
Lucky you 😅
Me 44, I was also glad!
Myself at 40 it worried me.😔
@@jesseniavargas6969I have an aunt who stopped at 39 or 40. She had her 2 girls in her late teens so it wasn't an issue as far as having children. She is in her late 60's today and doing great and looks great.
@@jesseniavargas6969 well I hope you’re in great health now! 🤗😘🫶🌹
Such a beautiful woman
Bravo Halle!!! Thank you for advocating for all women. I'll be 50 years old next month and I've had to learn mostly about menopause on the internet and that's absolutely ridiculous.
We definitely need change in this country when it comes to women's health.
Please and thank you!!!!!! ❤❤ Peri too! It’s horrible mentally. 😢
Now that explains what's happening to my brain (not going crazy).
🤣🤣
I'm going MAD!!! 😩🫨
Yes i have started with symptoms and I have to google and watch TH-cam to find help.
Add perimenopause education to the mix: I was today years old when I learned I was in perimenopause. It lasts long, lingers over many stages of life and boy oh boy has it been intense.
I hear ya! It all really sucks!
What are your symptoms?
@ItsMyOpinion-sd2iz Night sweats, heavy bleeding/clots, pms/cramps headaches to name a few. I have Hashimoto's so many symptoms mimic out of whack levels but things are winding down hopefully for good.
@@ItsMyOpinion-sd2iz Migraines, irritability, swollen joints, GI problems, and itchy skin ALL over. Perimenopause affects everything.
Thank you guys for the info. Idk what's up with me. I jus know I feel crazy and my doctor is jerk
Currently searching for a new GYN
Thank you Halle , I’m so glad that you are doing this. Someone needs to address this, I can’t understand why no one is talking about this, it’s still taboo when it affects soooo many women, some getting symptoms as early as their late 30’s.
I think a lot of the commenters are missing the point. The point is, women do not have to suffer through menopause. Women NOT getting the care they need through menopause can cause an early death, or an unbelievably unbearable old age. Women, please educate yourselves. You will be doing yourself a grave disservice if you fail to find the right doctor that can guide you, and help you through menopause, and beyond.
Halle Berry is beautiful, not doubt, but I guarantee you that she IS getting proper care through her menopause journey. She’s an intelligent woman, she’s not going to settle. I don’t know what’s in the bill, but sounds as though it is legislation to to fund menopause studies, and possibly to help fund services for women that are marginalized, and cannot afford the proper care that they need, and DESERVE!
I don't believe it's just to provide funds to disadvantaged women going through menopause. That would an easier fight-- to allocate more funds for womens health.
It's about conducting research for the development of resources to support the needs of ALL women entering this stage in our lives. As she said, it is stigmatized. It shouldn't be. We discuss disease, but we can't discuss or get proper information or care from providers to better manage meno symptoms? That's wild.
@@swatson108, that’s not what I said. You obviously did not read my entire response if that is what you took from it. Geez… 🙄
Yes menopause is deadly and in the old days women didn't live very long
I am also 58. One of the many issues with menopause is it is not taught to us as young women, what to expect and what is available to help us. I researched on my own that estrogen cream would tremendously help my situation. I tried it and it completely changed my personal life. This....was after I had to wait 8 months for a gyno appt the whole time thinking I had cancer. Women of all ages need correct, detailed information and time with their physicians. I really hope this very important womens health issue is finally taken seriously.
And we need physicians that are properly education re menopausal issues, and that take the time to explain to us what we are going through, and possibly what to expect.
I’m only 31 so not there yet, but thanks Halle for speaking up. I think it’s also imperative to mention, if you have a hysterectomy (doesn’t matter the age), that will also throw you into menopause.
I am 40 n i am not there yet and i am glad she is speaking to..
This is very true!
