Сделал его, только вместо бисквита использовал обыкновенный лаваш из магазина, не использовал клубнику, т.к. её у меня не было. Вместо ванили использовал ванилин. В итоге получилось многослойное (около 10 слоёв) пироженое, очень даже аккуратное и вкусное, почувствовал себя кондитером :) Спасибо, очень классный канал у вас, вдохновляет на подвиги
