This can be an easy job if you plan on doing work to the heads. You can bolt the headers to the heads and slide her in, bolt the heads to the motor and presto.
I got mine from stainless works, they don’t have a catless option anymore. There’s also kooks and American Racing Headers but they’re a little more on the expensive side. Kooks and AMR offer a 1 3/4” primary tube size that I recommend for the 5.7’s if you plan on being n/a for a while
so i got a 14 charger rt.. no cats, no mufflers and no res, with a 3in pipe into 5in tips.. how much louder would it be if i did long tubes?? like the car is dumbass loud as is now

Very difficult job. I helped my brother install long tube headers on his 300. Had to move the motor mounts and the header bolts are hard to get to.

In my honest opinion the long tubes tamed the idle down quite a bit idk how or why but it was noticeably quieter.. but under acceleration it screams!
However I kept the factory 2.5” exhaust pipe

For it to run, no. But very recommended so you aren’t running lean or rich and end up damaging the engine
