This can be an easy job if you plan on doing work to the heads. You can bolt the headers to the heads and slide her in, bolt the heads to the motor and presto.

When you say resonator delete, is that the mid or rear muffler/resonator you deleted?

Does the C6 have a different final drive/differential than the 5th gen (sounds like it)?

I adore our 2013 Chrysler 300c AWD 5.7L, it is still a head turner in 2022! Ours has about 65,000 miles. We don't drive much. The only bad thing we have seen, just wait until the glue gives out on your dashboard, even if it's under warranty Chrysler refuses to fix it. Where the dash meets the bottom of the windshield the dash is separated and peeling back. Many have the same problem. It will cost around 3,000 to have a garage fix it.
