In this video you will find Albaik Garlic Sauce which is great combination with albaik chciken broast. This Garlic Sauce is very easy to make and it is adopted from Lebanese Cuisine. Middle Mediterranean is home for "Thoum" which is a traditional garlic sauce made in middle eastern cuisine.
Written Ingredients:
Corn Starch 1/3cup
Water 1cup
After making mixture we will use 70gms of starch
Milk 3/4cup
Lemon Juice 2tbs
Salt 1/2tsp
Garlic 2 cloves
Oil 1cup

I have tried nd the recipe is 100% .thanks aloot for sharing this recipe.. I was in search of it from a very long time.
But if any one want 100% taste as albaik sauce thn u have to increase the amount of garlic Nd salt.
Clove is also needed

Hows the shelf life?
After a lot of hesitation, I finally gave this recipe a try. It's been three years since I left KSA and I have been struggling to find that authentic albaik taste. I'm so glad I did. It is 100% like that. I can't thank you enough. It took me back the memory lane and now, alhamdulillah, I can have the sauce wherever I live. JazakAllah brother.
I just want to know, however, how long can it be stored in fridge?

@@msxlik the sauce that I made that day is still looking and tasting good. I kept it in a clean and dry jar of glass and use a dry spoon everytime to scoop some out. I will update if it goes rancid before running out.

I made it. It's very, very accurate. And I have had Al Baik. Just add more garlic. I added 4 cloves of garlic. Make sure not to use all mixture of cornstarch you made. I eye balled and added half of total mix I made.
Made it at home and it was superb...Just double the amount of garlic and salt and there u have it perfectly 100 % same as albaik....😍

If you want to increase its thickness add more oil in it.... And mix lemon in the bowl.... That is my experience.

How many tbsp did 70 grams of cornstarch-water gel amount to??
@@mohammednoumaan4409 I added 1.5 tablespoon of corn flour and mixed it in 1 cup water. I cooked well for 7-8mins on low flame until the mixture got thick. Then let the mixture get cool and solid. I added the whole amount I made.

I added 5 and half cloves it tastes exactly same check taste at every stage and add garlic to get taste ! ♥️also half of cornstarch not full keep on checking taste and consistency when you make it
