    I like watching Ryron because he knows how to be himself without trying to hard. Not always having to be the center of attention is a demonstration of security and confidence.

    @jonmillerd one thing for sure is that you'll get you're energy alot quicker in like less than half the time, gives your body a break and allows it to rest some leaving you again with more energy. also allows you to juice skins and everything that we can eat but could use the nutrients of. and that's not even everything theres more , that's just a handful of info. hope you found it useful.

    I would try this but papya is not easily found where I live. But I wonder why they add banana to the mix. Is that a taste balance or what. I wish he would of explained that a little more.

    Do you have to juice the fruit or can you just blend the whole papaya and cantaloupe?

    • @iwood8374
      @iwood8374 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      blending it all leaves alot of pulp and it's thick not like juice is thin. you should just eat it if you blend it all.

    • @MrWillman66
      @MrWillman66 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    So how do they intake enough complete proteins? Do they just straight up not eat any meat/fish/poultry? I see they eat egg whites which is some protein. Just curious. Dont see much Soy as it is the only nut with complete proteins. Other than that, only meats have Complete Proteins.

  • @kmendoza510

    Ryron fails to remind us that the juice is part of the Gracie diet. The concentrated sugar is the best find of sugar we can get, and you can get fiber from other sources in the Gracie
    diet. It's an optimal diet for athletes looking to get the right amounts of sugar throughout the day. Freakin Genius.

    Isn't that a little too much potassium though?... Just curious

    • @adencunningham8690
      @adencunningham8690 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      +joseph lopez It is impossible to eat too much potassium

    • @rcmag13
      @rcmag13 8 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, basically impossible to eat that much. The lethal dose of potassium is usually administered in the form of potassium chloride via lethal injection which would stop someone's heart. The dose is 2500 mg of potassium PER KG of body weight. The average man weighs about 155 lbs. which is about 70 kg. So in order to get the lethal dose you would need to take approximately 175,000 mg of potassium in ONE SECOND. The average banana has about 400 mg. You would need to eat approximately 400 bananas in a split second to die from it. If you wanted to try you could probably try eating that many bananas in 30 minutes and maybe you would start exhibiting some minor symptoms of overdose. The problem is the kidney's will rapidly excrete potassium when there is too much of it, the same way it does sodium.

    • @rcmag13
      @rcmag13 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I guess you could blend that many bananas up my guess is it would probably make around 6-9 gallons of banana smoothy? Then you would somehow need to be able to fit all that in your stomach but it doesn't stop there, you would also have the problem of fiber which would slow down the digestion process. So even if you did manage to get that many bananas in your crum sack, your stomach couldn't process it for several hours. In summary, you wouldn't die, but you'd have the most epic bowl movement in your life.

      research the purpose of life and u may find out. The truth is in Islam.

    • @iesakhan3413
      @iesakhan3413 7 ปีที่แล้ว

      Any1 who sees this comment I definitely recommend u try personally researching Islam and its claims for its divine origin and truth. For example the miracle of the Quran and other factors are often used to prove that Islam is the truth. Pls people don't ignore these vital questions in life, as one thing is for sure, death is guranteed in this life, so don't waste this life without even enquirying about and studying Islam. Ask Muslims yourself about there religion (but remember Muslims aren't perfect, Islam is). Some reccomendations of speakers and TH-cam channels if u prefer that: mercifulservant, bayinah institute, Ali Dawah, Mufti Menk, Nouman Ali Khan, Yasir Qadhi, Omar Sulieman.
