That’ll be my next little tutorial. But very basically, for this one it’s a noise texture stretched out, animated and applied as a material to a big long cylinder, and the ship is inside the cylinder.
cool. does the light source move with the ship or are they seperate? when i have the lighting not parented the lighting on the ship just doesnt look right
@@rajagopalsoren oh gotcha - so it’s lit with 2 or 3 point lights, and they’re parented to the ship. I got the lighting how I like it and then the lights rotate with the ship, so the light stays constant. Hope that makes sense-

@@rajagopalsoren so the ship is just rotating in place, and the star cylinder object isn’t moving at all - just the noise texture on it is animated.
