    Whoever caught this footage captured a full on true piece of pre rave industrial techno history. The days when everybody rolled up at 11:00 on Thurs, Fri, Sat. Too loud to have conversations. Good times.

    owww, gritty, with human error riddled about.. I like how orbital always put on a live techno jam. In the moment of actually being there, it sounds fresh. They also got much better with their transitions

    It's better to regret something you have done than regret something you haven't. 😂😅😆😭 Man, this is some serious old electronics.

      The original is by The Butthole Surfers the track is sampled from intro from “Sweat Loaf” on the Locust abortion Technician album. Most definitely not easy listening!

      Nicolas Cannon I was blown away that they sampled 'Sweat loaf', I remember reading at the time that they were Surfers fans.LAT is a masterpiece Imo.

    I still watch modern dance and techno events but they seem so sterile in comparison to late 80s early 90s clubs and raves , less movement on the dancefloor. Head nodding is fine but you want some nutters too.

    • @GhostyGu
      @GhostyGu ปีที่แล้ว +2

      We're still out there! Went nuts at Leeds show the other night. Carrying on like a 48 year old teenager. Also, Gallery reunions are always great for us nutters 😂❤

      Ya know, I've listened to it a few times and initially thought it was a long sample from The KLF"s "What Time is Love?".
      But after a few listens, I'm more convinced it's their own version of the same track :)

    Watching this I have to wonder if we took our eye off the ball. Looking at the country today, we know the politicians all eat from the same trough and they must've known then that our generation were going to be in our late 40s and 50s and we wouldn't tolerate them then. Fast forward to now, if 5 of us gather together and just have a salient discussion about if mandatory vaccination is correct and the police have an existential fit. The last 30 years have been a slow march to authoritarianism.
    Sigh.
    What an upload though. Acid Rock - Rythm Device. Oh yes.
