Join me as we continue to tackle this once seized up Honda XL185s engine and try to make it into something worth the kick. PART 7
In this video we will be reassembling the top end of this motor.
Clean, lube, install, torque.
With the Lower crank timing gear a little wonky. Let's see if we can still get this thing to to come out on time and rotating nicely.
The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter!

Hi Cody, I have a question. Want is the moly you are using on the shaft spline & other mating surfaces? I'm asking only because you haven't put a link to it in the description. And thanks for great videos you're putting out
Another great video ! Dumb question tho , do you have to lap the valves or did I miss that ?
Actually a great question! I had a local machine shop recut the seats for me. The new valves were lapped with them. 👌🏻 (mentioned it in a previous video, not sure which one)
Thank you had a hard time finding anything on this rebuilt my motor then the transmission stopped working
