Grandmother earns honorary degree after helping grandson graduate from UCO

A grandmother in Edmond now has an honorary degree from the University of Central Oklahoma (UCO).
Wilma Hamilton helped her grandson, who had Duchenne muscular dystrophy, graduate from UCO in 2020.
The honor means everything to Hamilton, who says the honor brings back all the memories of being with her grandson on UCO campus.
