Thank you! Going to be using this video in a couple months when I replace my leaky fork seals. I do have a question though. Is it two different kinds of oil that you use or the same? For the time that you eye measured and pumped the air out and when you had an exact amount measured out (382 cc's).
Great explaining i am from holland and understood everything i need to do my shocks aswel kan you name the special tools that you used it would really help me
Hi mate, Is there anyway of filling the oil up without pulling the whole shock apart. I helped my son rebuild his shocks with all new seals o rings and bushes. I noticed you bleed the oil at first then toped it up later. Is there a way to bleed and top up the oil after we have assembled the shocks. Thanks
Absolutely do not use a thick plastic like he did, I followed his instructions and the spring came out of the seal from it being so tight… use black tape instead unless you want to risk your springs being ripped out of the seal
Thank you for an excellent video, enough information without being too long or going off topic.
Thank you for watching.

You must remove the top cap and then probably the valve cartridge to get the oil into the inner chamber. Thank you for watching.
What’s the torq on those caliper mounting bolts ? Did you use thread locker
According to my table they are 22ft/lb
