top path does ~300 dps and bottom path does ~220 dps, bottom path is great for splash damage but it is worth noting that firerate buffs (like those from commander) do not affect the missile cooldown. damage buffs do work though

I did some math and the top path can do 400 dps if durning commander's ability and max dj. You can also add merc base and use the red track to get even more damage therfore more dps.
