It's not the same. Bands have variable resistance curves. This can apply consistent resistance like a cable machine

I mean, you could load by using one for each arm, for legs maybe very little, but for arms I think it isn’t that bad, and besides, I think this might just work if you’re traveling but not so much for a forever gym
