Hydrazine reacts very slow.its required time to react. That's why dosed in LP dosing.

Bed material kab drain & charge karana chahiye? Bed material height kitana maintain karana hai ? Boiler load badane ke bad bed height badani hai kya ?

Sir Boiler drum me phosphate hide out kyo ho jata ahi jo ki hum TSP dose increase bhi karte hai lekin hide out dikhata hai iska karan kya hai.

Soft sludge in boiler drum is removed through IBD valve not CBD valve .

Sir actually ek power plant me TSP ko LP me dal rahe hain.. aur uske sare parameters gdbda gye TDS 200 hai CBD ki silica above 3 jari hai pH maintain nahi hai hora hai..to reason TSP hi hai ya kuch aur ho skta hai

Hammering happen due to pressure difference in line by forming of vapour in line but ho dosing down stream line pumped by reciprocating system and cavitation mostly generated in near impellers edges area where low pressure created and bubbles are formed but here is reciprocation so in upstream no revolving part and Let if in one stroke generated some bubble then bubble will destroyed by upcoming downstream pressure wave of solution.May be it help you.
