1) diameter of safety valve
2)how many no of steam valve in drum , capacity of safety valve
3) function of air vent and its diameter
7) how to detect if there is economiser tube leakage
8) how to detect if there is superheater tube leakage
What is the distance between the 2 safety valve on drum, why kept at front and rear side?

@@soumangorai3352 but for primary and seconadry superheater, steam line and furnace panel tubes etc

@@vishaljaiswa6911 for primary and secondary super heater coil we mainly use p11 and p22 grade tube , which belongs to alloy steel . So for p11 we use 8018 ,and for p22 we use 9018B3..

Nice information 👍 kindly add more thing if flue gas enter first in APH and it's out let temp will more than 427 *C .at this temp when water will enter in eco then steam formation will start it's results drum level go down
