I dedicate this episode to all our grandads and grandmums and all those of the Sunset Generation whose lives are our history, whose tales are our treasures. Considerable credit to my colleague and comrade, Sarboz K., for his creative contributions.

I so want to Uzbekistan,.but I'm z single mother with a four years old daughter, it's scary to start life in a total other country with no one around you.. so I only watch in TH-cam
As a uzbek person I can say we are moving yeah not good enought but moving and Independence is vital thing that we have. Althought she did not tell what they did to our nation, 7 years old kids forced to work(harvesing cotton) as well as Soviet goverement got so much mineral wealth but due to propoganda people didnt know what's going on right now. WW2 wasn't our war but our people fought with Soviets, why because we forced. Also about Lenin when he reterritorialized Turkistan (former Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan)he purposefully divided turkistan to several country so they will figt each other due to territory. So its going on through his plan. I like russian people I have so many russian friends but I hate their goverement and you can see their occupation in Ukrain we dont know who will be next Russian target Uzbekistan or not.
I thought it was STALIN who divvied up Central Asia states to divide the nationalities? Not Lenin? 🤔 Thanks for your perspective. As you know, these are very sensitive issues and I would like to defend my interviewee: we spoke about many topics, but I don't want to invite too much controversy around her participation. I'm sorry you don't like Russian people but I recommend you word your sentiments differently so you don't violate Community guidelines. Also, as you yourself have noted, tge government and the people are not the same thing, so let's not fall into the trap of xenophobic generalisations. So, tell me, my friend, what things do you think Uzbekistan can do now to keep advancing? 🙏🏾
Dont buy into that Anti-Russian, Anti-communist propaganda from NATO and the West, the West is the evil one not Russia, Ukraine is America's puppet state, Ukraine is not the victim but the Aggressor! If Uzbekistan allowed actual truth n news about Ukraine it would show the grim reality of it all, that is, Ukraine is under a Nazi Dictatorship supported by AmericanDictatorship that launders its money to Ukraine. Russia had to intervene in Ukraine civil war because ethnic Russians were being killed, persecuted, sent to camps and was deemed lesser peoples. The Ukrainian dictatorship committed several Atrocities and crimes against humanity since their civil war began! You say u love Russians but yet u support the evil people who hate and attack their country? How would you feel if people in Uzbekistan did the same thing to Uzbekistan? The 1991 CIA infiltration of Soviet Union seriously fucked over every member state of the USSR! U say Lenin purposely decided turkistan, but what about America's division of Soviet Republics and propagating them to all hate Russia and anyone who supports Russia? That's division right there! Uzbekistan and the other Soviet republics could have all gotten along nicely and created a Union or Federation instead of breaking up the Soviet Union! The west didn't want a United government of Soviet republics, they purposely divided Soviet Union so they can conquer, and look what happened, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania became apart of NATO, now Ukraine is trying to, who is next to get conquered? Belarus? Armenia? Kazakhstan? I'd be more worried about NATO than Putin, Putin actually gives a fuck about all the Soviet republics not just Russia. Wake up before the American Empire devours your Uzbekistan!!
@@ToyyinnAuslander No, really. I meant it. I saw your video in my feed and saved it to my WL playlist without second thought, and upon returning to it was totally dumbfounded by its view count. It should've been in the thousands, by all accounts.
You are very kind! I definitely enjoyed making this video (both the interview and tge editing), and I would like to see it more widely viewed. Couple things, though: 1) I really do need to work harder on my boosting and reach which we've already started on, and 2) in the current climate, it seems the algorithm punishes Content with mentuons of Russian and the Russian language. But I'm might glad to have your support. 👍🏾
Russians had better life than Uzbeks in soviet period. Why did u ask the russian woman about soviet period of Uzbekistan? You should ask uzbek intelligentsia about that period… soviets did a lot of bad things to uzbek people…
I’m in my opinion they did a lot of bad things to all people, especially normal people. It’s over now and I hope the future will hold a bit of peace for all of us 🤲🏻🙏
