And the same is with natural gas, by 2025, measures will be taken to stop the export of natural gas and its complete processing within the country, as well as to expand the production of value-added products.

I'm from America but I have an Uzbek friend who just came to our school. They were interestingly really kind and shy- anyway, that's not the point, so she told me about Uzbekistan and said that Uzbekistan president of the country is developing into something more major, she said that they were planning to make the country rise again and become the richest and maybe strongest country in Central Asia which I don't really believe due Uzbekistan being landlocked and it's having troubles with so many things currently. But love Uzbek people, keep growing more!

Share your natural resources, primarily water and electricity. develop your mining and industry, most importantly with metals.
Develop a modern rail network and industry.
Work torwards becoming the economic and financial center of the Eurasia region and becoming an offshore for Russian, Chinese, Persian and Turkish wealth.

If Uzbekistan joined Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan to form a federation they would became the Switzerland of Eurasia.
With its Core in the Fergana Valley Impossible to conquer, with richness of water, land and all kind of energy and mineral resources.
With a young population of 50 million.
A pivot between all the big powers in the region, Rússia, China, Iran and Turkey.
    Their future would be prosperous!
Sadly most probably their identity differences will prevail, they will be nefariously influenced by their neighbors interests and will fight eachother for resources that would be enough for all of them if shared.

Alone Uzbekistan Will have some sucess but the other two Will struggle.

100 years ago the population of Central Asia like this: Kazakh around 6 million, Uzbek around 600 thousand, Kyrgyz 200 thousand, Tajik or Sart around 800 thousand, Turkmen around 200 thousand. Kazakh population were 4 times bigger than all of it's Central Asian neighbours. Sadly The Great Kazakh Famine (Genocide) made by Soviet regime took it's 2/3 population around 4 million lives.
The source is from the Russian Empire's last census, 1890s.

Russia will NEVER go into conflict with China. And for what? For Uzbekistan? Nope. Never. I am very confident about this especially due to the recent Ukraine conflict. Russia right now needs an ally such as China. Russia is under tremendous economical sanctions from the EU and US. And Uzbekistan is not of greater interest to Russia compared to China. Russia is already in a hostile relationship with the most powerful countries of the West. Creating a hostile relationship with 2nd most powerful country in the world (China) is not something Russia can do.

Though Uzbekistan’s reforms are making great strides for the Uzbek people, the country literally started as one the most oppressive, undemocratic, and least capitalist countries in the world. Kazakhstan gradually implemented inclusive reforms and modernization efforts and continuing effective policies, which let Kazakhstan to achieve Sustained & Long-term & Significant Econonomic Growth. They have the OIL and other abundant reserves of NATURAL RESERVES.
In the future, the upcoming MIDDLE CORRIDOR will pass 90% through Kazakhstan. Besides that, effective policies is attracting investnemnts from major global brands, from Europe, America and others.

    • Turkmens claim Khwarezm, Kazakhs claim some northern parts, Tajiks claim Bukhara, Samarkand and other southern parts also Karakalpaks may want to become independent
    • ISIS-Khorasan or Talibans may want to go north
