That game came down to a couple key plays, the bernard punch out on Andrews, Lamar's 2 turnovers, and Andrews dropping that 2 pt conversion. Allen had almost no turnovers all year and all anyone can do is bust on their screen while they repeat it 200 times. What planet have you been living on this year?
thank you for giving the Bills some kudos. Most of the discussion has been that the Ravens lost it. I think it totally fails to take into account that even if the Ravens get two point conversion the Bills still had over a minute and two time outs to get into field goal range
Just wanna say this: It was not dumb luck that won the Bills this game. Even if Andrews had caught that pass to tie the game, Buffalo had over 90 seconds left and two timeouts with one of the best 2 minute drill offenses in the game. And they only had to get to field goal range. At the same time, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. Good game, Ravens. See you next year.
This gets lost in all of this. Everyone assumes that if Andrews makes that catch they go to OT and Ravens have the momentum. Excuse me, Josh Allen gets the ball back with over a minute and a half and two time-outs. OT is by no means a given in that scenario. And Bass was solid.

What should not be lost is that Milano tipped the first 2-point attempt by Baltimore. And Buffalo won by 2. Just sayin'. Also impressive that Buffalo managed 27 points against the #1 defense while playing a rather conservative offensive game. I imagine that the game plan will be different for KC but, regardless, a win's a win. And this was big. Go Bills!
I know the team in both AFC championship and NFC championship games this upcoming Sunday that WILL win, mark my words, screen shot it, save it, whatever you have to do. Trust me. I’ve been a fan of the NFL for over twenty years now and I know what I am talking about. The team that is destined to win, in fact GUARANTEED to win this weekend is not necessarily the team with the best QB, the best defense, or even the least turnovers, the team that will win is none other than the team that scores more points than their opponent. Simple as that, take it to the bank.
I kinda hope, depending on the score in the 4th quarter next Sunday, any and all Bills fans at Arrowhead start singing Mr. Brightside. I'm not ready to be done hearing it for the season!
This. This was like a hot bowl of chicken soup to listen to. Everyone else today has been all about how the Ravens lost. Maybe, just maybe, we can see the trophy come home once in my lifetime.
The football analysts keep saying the Ravens played better but defeated themselves. Let’s get one thing straight. The Bills EARNED their luck in that game. The Bills caused a high amount of turnovers all season long, they earned a snowy home field advantage. Josh protected the football. The Bills won because they were the better team and Josh proved he’s MVP. The glazing and excuse making for the Ravens is ridiculous.
The Bills were in 4 consecutive superbowls. They lost them. But many teams would give a lot for that honor. That's a city with a winning history even it was a while ago.

The bills put together a fundamentally conservative sound game plan based on the weather conditions and the other team practices indoors this week and that and the bills defense caused turnovers, there is a reason the bills are undefeated at home this year.
Josh and the Bills have 8 turnovers all year and no turnovers in any of their losses. Lamar and the Ravens had multiple turnovers in most all of their losses.
They proved that the Patrick Mahomes QB Protection Sign had been switched to the OFF position before the game. (seriously, if some of the hits on both QBs last night had happened to Mahomes, Roger Goodell would have run down from the luxury suites to throw players out of the game in person)
So when has roger Goodell said that the chiefs are his team if it was his team he would have not fined all the chiefs players all the time like he does
Rich isn't too guilty of this, but this business of sports media reacting, implicitly or explicitly, only to the most recent game is driving me a little nuts. When the Bills were scoring 30+ points for eight straight games, they were the best team in the league. They beat the Ravens though they were out-gained, and now they don't belong in the AFC championship. If they beat the Chiefs and it's by more than three points, they'll be back to being the best team in the league. Why am I bringing this up here? Because I don't feel like going to another site. This is basically the only one I visit with regularity. Now, Brockman...
BTW allot of Chiefs players were hurt or wasn't signed the last time they played, KC has the element of surprise in their advantage playing in Arrowhead this Sunday
Just because a turnover doesn't lead to points for the other team doesn't mean it doesn't have an impact. That TO cost the Ravens a possession that could have led to potential points. Points that they definitely needed at the final whistle. Clean play matters more in the playoffs. Go ask Brady and Belicheck 🤷🏽
2:44 I get the point being made here and I agree that they can look pedestrian in a win but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t going to wow you. I’ve seen some plays this year from the Bills that made the entire NFL say WOW!!! Go Bills.
Jerry Coleman's comments came up during a Monday news conference with Ravens coach John Harbaugh, in which Harbaugh laughed about it, meanwhile, the 'city of losers' have the naming rights to the stadium in Baltimore, with a company that is HQ in BUFFALO, seems some people need the city of losers help for money, to pay the 'bills'*(see what i did there)*; and mortgages.
Lamar played well in the second half...but Playoff Lamar (derogatory) showed up OFTEN in the first half. Say what you want about Mark Andrews [Everyone remembers there were 93 seconds left and the Bills had Josh Allen and two timeouts...right?], Lamar Jackson put them in a hole, and disrupted their formula for success, which had been "Let Henry cook." Lamar about to win his third least-deserving MVP. When Derrick Henry didn't get 90+ yards this year, the Baltimore Ravens were 1-6. Lamar isn't even the MVP of his own team.
Lamar fumbled when he just should have protected the ball and taken the lost yardage. He made an already bad play much worse. When Josh Allen got stopped you could see for a split second he considered lateraling the football, but then thought better of it and just took the loss. PROTECT THE BALL
This matchup heavily favored the Ravens in my opinion. A Bills win required four things: 1. Stop Derrick Henry 2. Get the lead early 3. Force Lamar to throw and make mistakes 4. Play conservative, safe football on offense They wouldn’t have won without all of these. Don’t blame Mark Andrews for a few mistakes when everyone on the Ravens could have stepped up, and the Bills executed their gameplay PERFECTLY.
What do you do when 2 evenly talented teams play against each other? You play a error-free game. Thats it! And thats what the Bills did and got the W! Thank you Rich for giving Bills their props!
Bills get turnovers. They are the best in the league. Every fan base says “we beat ourselves with giveaways.” No. The Bills beat you with TAKEaways. 14 “unlucky” opponents? Nah.
Josh didn't have a superman game because he didn't need it. They were ahead and didn't need to force the play. Lesson to be learned is not to just work the clock because it gave the Ravens momentum. If Andrew's convert on the 2, Josh would had had 90 seconds with 2 timeouts... he likely would have used his legs or arm to get 50 yards required at a FG attempt. And he would've used his arm if he had to be down in the second half.
Bills have a lot of reliable offensive playmakers starting with James Cook and Khalil Shakir. Then you have Kincaid, Knox, Ty Johnson, Curtis Samuel and Ray Davis. Not to mention excellent punter Sam Martin. Get to know these names. Soon WR's Keon Coleman and Amari Cooper will be used more.

Good news is now that we beat them them in the playoffs (twice...) we don't have to care any more. Now the whole football world can see that what the talking heads say has little bearing on reality. Go Bills
And if my grandma had wheels, she’d have been a bicycle. She didn’t.
Josh did not commit turnovers either.
If if if
Allen had almost no turnovers all year and all anyone can do is bust on their screen while they repeat it 200 times. What planet have you been living on this year?
thank you for giving the Bills some kudos. Most of the discussion has been that the Ravens lost it. I think it totally fails to take into account that even if the Ravens get two point conversion the Bills still had over a minute and two time outs to get into field goal range
I firmly believe that Allen would have drove to fg range and won it.
That's modern media in general. "Yeah, team X may have won, but it was all because team Y sucked so much" "How does this effect Lebron's legacy!?"
LebRon who???
Jerry Coleman, a Baltimore radio host that called Buffalo the 'City of Losers'.
thanks for giving us extra motivation
The Yankees Jerry Coleman ? ?
Did he lie tho????😂
@@Freerider93, dude I've seen you all over this video making the same comment. Sincerely, from my hometown of the city of good neighbors, Do Better.
Just wanna say this:
It was not dumb luck that won the Bills this game.
@@upstatenydude8322 THIS EXACTLY THANK YOU
@@upstatenydude8322bass killed it. Anyone who says he doesn’t make them nervous is a liar, but he seems to be getting a bit of his mojo back.
What i don't understand is other analysts saying Ravens have a better team all around, and Lamar is a better QB, thus MVP, but Bills better record and eliminated the Ravens
It really is sickening. The bias. The Bills straight up WON the game and it put it in their own hands.
Who else is around him are becoming quite the team to deal with!
Omg you actually talked about the Bills! Thank you Rich.
There’s a lot that’s bad about the NFL these days. Josh Allen is everything that’s good.
Truth!
I expected the handoff to Henry for the conversion, and I expected it to be successful. I was surprised and very happy that didn't happen.
True, the slick field could have been a factor, but that also was a big part of why the drop happened too.
@@Jumbleman5 that drop happened because it was a bad pass behind the receiver! He was wide open throw the ball to the sideline he clearly had outside leverage
It's very simple...turn the ball over in the postseason and you're going home early. Baltimore, Los Angeles and Detroit all learned this hard lesson and is something these teams all know very well. The postseason is very unforgiving and mistakes ultimately cost double...
You're right about one thing, it is very simple.. but not for the reason you stated. It's all fixed and it's so blatant. No one is talking about that insane offensive pass interference that was called on the Ravens player, which led to the points that gave the Bills the win. Either way it doesn't matter who wins this game, the refs are still going to win it for the Chiefs next week, I'd bet money on it. It' was decided before the season even started. Pay very close attention to the refs next week.
@@hhaste- People who say it’s fixed have to be some of the most gullible people alive. I bet you get your education from social media. Probably a progressive too
@@hhasteYeah was all refs the 3 turnovers meant nothing 🙄
If what you are saying is true, well good for Buffalo.
No apologies given. Take it. Like it.
Thanks Rich. You are the only major media (besides Cowherd) that is being honest about what happened yesterday.
Thank you for giving the fans some kudos 👏
The Buc's spanked the chief's in SB55. They showed you the blueprint.
Thank you for putting respect on the Bills name Mr Eisen.
The bills kicked a fg late in the 4th Q to put the pressure on lamar and co. They won the turnover battle (0 vs 3) and ran the ball effectively and collectively. Josh used his legs and arm methodically.
i’m a big chiefs fan and this is the type of josh that scares me. the fact that he could throw 5 passes and their offense looks that good is huge. he usually has to do everything but with their defense playing good and that crazy running game, next week is going to be special.
The bills played to be consistent and not throw away the game. Lamar played like he only had 1 play left in the game down by 6 all game. thats the difference
"Best sum of their parts." Zero (first team) all-pro players. 15 wins. THAT'S why JOSH ALLEN is the MVP.
It’d be crazy to see the Commanders and Bills in the Super Bowl
Unfortunately both of their runs end this week
Rematch of SB 26.

Thank you Rich. You and Booger McFarland were the only talking heads that made sense today.
MVP season Josh Allen..
MVP Super bowl Josh Allen. Head to Head hands down he's a way better quarterback.
I love you Rich! Go BILLS
I love how everyone assumes that if the turnovers didn't happen those drives would have resulted in touchdowns point blank.... OK
Bills fans everywhere at KC international airport.there here
❤❤❤
Also, Miller wasn't there in week 4 neither was Rapp and Shakir who both went out early in that game.
The Ravens apology tour!!! Thanks Rich for reviewing the game the way it actually played out. So many apologies for a team that routinely beats themselves. As if the Bill's haven't had their fair share of questionable, dumb and heartbreaking plays in critical moments. We made our own breaks.
The Bills are definitely going to win next week. Our entire team is built to beat the cheifs. And they played the clip of that reporter calling the city losers right before kickoff and then Fitzpatrick took his shirt off and did the " where else would you rather be than right here right now ". I cant describe how that fired up all of WNY.
Nope
Josh Allen is a stud, even as a 9er fan I have to grant that
Buffalo is America’s only hope.
What?
Yes
Nope
My the stampede overwhelm the chiefs.
@tarnocdoino3857 Nope
Go Bills!
Von wasn’t there week 4 either
AND, Shikir went out early in the game.
I’m so tired of seeing everyone talk about Lamar and what he did wrong instead of giving THE BILLS the credit they deserve.
Im a bills fan but they got just a little bit lucky. Go Bills!!!
Go Buffalo!!!
The better team won who had the better record
Not necessarily. The Ravens had costly turnovers, which made the difference.
@@George50809 Are turnovers an act of god, or do they happen between the teams playing?
@@George50809 bills forced two of those turnovers
I know the team in both AFC championship and NFC championship games this upcoming Sunday that WILL win, mark my words, screen shot it, save it, whatever you have to do. Trust me. I’ve been a fan of the NFL for over twenty years now and I know what I am talking about. The team that is destined to win, in fact GUARANTEED to win this weekend is not necessarily the team with the best QB, the best defense, or even the least turnovers, the team that will win is none other than the team that scores more points than their opponent. Simple as that, take it to the bank.
10 pro bowlers vs 2. Looks like a great team win!
Watching the entire stadium singing Mr Brightside tells you how much this team means to the fans.
I kinda hope, depending on the score in the 4th quarter next Sunday, any and all Bills fans at Arrowhead start singing Mr. Brightside. I'm not ready to be done hearing it for the season!
Buffalo's a drinking town with a football problem.
There are not 2 MVP candidates. It's Josh this year.
Now the Bills have to play the refs next week.
I'd say Josh mentioned nobody believed in us now after the Bills were underdogs at home
The Bills were in 4 consecutive superbowls. They lost them. But many teams would give a lot for that honor. That's a city with a winning history even it was a while ago.
Josh only cares for one mvp...sb mvp
Defense was MVP of this game. Josh played well, not overly great
@@TraumaTizedLOL1plus the offensive line and the RBs! That’s who won the game and deserves more credit!
@@TraumaTizedLOL1 This was the least Josh-centric win we've had all season. He was essentially a game manager, but he played his part well and we got the W!
@@billsfan2119 Josh did his part. Made plays when he had to, and turned the ball over zero times which ultimately won them the game. I think he will have to play better to beat the chiefs though. Because I can’t see the chiefs turning it over 4 times like ravens
@TraumaTizedLOL1 For sure
As a Chiefs fan, I like this rhetoric. Go ahead, overlook the Chiefs.
I like it that the Chiefs think the Bills are overlooking them. You really think so? All the losses and how much the Chiefs taught the Bills? NFW the Bills are overlooking the Chiefs. Playing them again -- and even in KC -- is exactly how it should play out. Go Bills!
lol right. The 2-time defending Super Bowl champs are being "overlooked." Sure. 🙄
Yeah this is the most ridiculous take. You’re probably incensed that the Bills will even show up to play the game.
To be honest - Buffalo has not won anything yet.
It was like the marshaun lynch-Russell Wilson Super Bowl decision. 1st and goal from the 2, they try to pass and an INT!
Rich tellin it like it is, and one of few out here doin it
This year it's not Lamar, Rich and Co. are the best in sports, the best in the latest updates simply said, the best!
BAL had to outgain BUF to have any chance.
Von 39 yards rushing.
Henry 86.
Rich apparently has a segment on the refs. Should be good
What's funny is everyone saying, even Aikman during the game, that Mahommes was taking out a page of Allen's flopping playbook.
@@RabidDingo Sorry, I don't buy that because I'm an Eagles fan. They laid some wood to Aikman that would get you arrested in today's game.
So when has roger Goodell said that the chiefs are his team if it was his team he would have not fined all the chiefs players all the time like he does
@@ji8044yeah Aikman took a lot of hits handing off to Emmitt and watching the play over the years
Von also wasn’t there in week 4. He was serving a suspension.
Allen > Lamar
Settled.
They were wrong voting Lamar first team. Why does he get so much love and Josh basically gets crap? No matter what happens...
Lamar shouldn't have won MVP last year. Josh Allen's stats last year were better than Lamar's were.
BTW allot of Chiefs players were hurt or wasn't signed the last time they played, KC has the element of surprise in their advantage playing in Arrowhead this Sunday
Rich did not say that this Bills team is the best Allen had all year. He picked the Dolphins to win the division
Thanks for starting with Bills and NOT making it ALL about how Ravens lost....Media aside from you is garbage
2:44 I get the point being made here and I agree that they can look pedestrian in a win but that doesn’t mean that they aren’t going to wow you. I’ve seen some plays this year from the Bills that made the entire NFL say WOW!!! Go Bills.
Unless they gave Lamar the All pro and Allen the MVP??????
Jerry Coleman's comments came up during a Monday news conference with Ravens coach John Harbaugh, in which Harbaugh laughed about it, meanwhile, the 'city of losers' have the naming rights to the stadium in Baltimore, with a company that is HQ in BUFFALO, seems some people need the city of losers help for money, to pay the 'bills'*(see what i did there)*; and mortgages.
GO BILLS !!
The offensive line has to block better on that play. To much penetration!
❤❤❤ congratulations Buffalo Bills
This matchup heavily favored the Ravens in my opinion. A Bills win required four things:
1. Stop Derrick Henry
2. Get the lead early
3. Force Lamar to throw and make mistakes
4. Play conservative, safe football on offense
They wouldn’t have won without all of these. Don’t blame Mark Andrews for a few mistakes when everyone on the Ravens could have stepped up, and the Bills executed their gameplay PERFECTLY.
and they did all four things
Let's not pretend Lamar is a horrible passer lol come on. Embarrassing
@@173jaSon371 nobody said that, but he does choke under pressure
What do you do when 2 evenly talented teams play against each other?
You play a error-free game. Thats it!
And thats what the Bills did and got the W!
Thank you Rich for giving Bills their props!
Bills get turnovers. They are the best in the league. Every fan base says “we beat ourselves with giveaways.” No. The Bills beat you with TAKEaways. 14 “unlucky” opponents? Nah.
It’s not all 50 of the All-Pro voters, but certainly most.
Associated press is their opinion. They only speak for themselves. Everyone disagrees with AP.
