Another protein hack for KD/mac and cheese is to add in cottage cheese into the cheese sauce. So much protein and it makes it even creamier and cheesier!

I always bake my pancakes. Just dump the batter onto a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes in a 400F pre-heated oven. I line my baking sheet with parchment paper, but you could probably use a baking spray or oil or butter. Just cut them into whatever serving size you want. So easy - no stirring or flipping.

Toddlers are so unpredictable! One day my little one is obsessed with mushrooms and the next she despises them. She’s a big foodie and loves to try different foods though so I can’t complain! We cook and bake together often which I also find helps just like you mentioned. Fingers crossed we win a copy of your e-book so we can give your awesome looking recipes a try 🤞😍

My big struggle was and is the mess. And also dealing with my mom and mom in law constantly worrying about his eating (too much mess, lack of spoon feeding, getting clothing dirty). It's a good thing you have so much advice for us here because it helps me respond in an educated and informed way.

I love your idea of adding broccoli and extra protein to mac & cheese. My toddlers favorite thing to eat. I’m only worried that if she sees the green, she may not touch it. I will definitely try this hack and hope to win your e-book for more wonderful recipes. I agree that this will be a work in progress and will later see the fruits of my labor. Things like this take time and don’t always happen overnight. You are a wonderful mother and I enjoy your videos.

Love your channel! My biggest struggle is just being intimidated by what to make her. My husband and I had horrible eating habits before my pregnancy and have been learning about nourishing foods so we can be healthy and active for her, and also teach her healthy habits. Having one of your cookbooks would be a so helpful! I'm planning to invest in one when my husband gets his 1st paycheck after going back to work from an injury he received in January. Thank you for all you share! ❤ I can't wait till my Ellie is old enough to help me in the kitchen, seeing Sage helping is too cute!

Fear of choking, fear of an allergic reaction. Fear I’m not progressing fast enough because of my fear lol. Fear of doing it wrong/creating a picky eater. It’s a vibe hahaha. My biggest struggle is making my toddler eat vegetables. As a baby, she would eat anything and I thought that BLW would result to nonpicky eaters. There are times wherein we would be frustrated as she also wont finish her food. Im hoping I could get tips from your cookbook and help my child eat healthier.
So thankful for you and your videos, such a big help in my journey - I also have an almost 4 year old and a 9month old baby (3 year gap also 😉) And watching your channel has been my guilty pleasure and rest as well (its only you who I follow constantly haha) 🩷 I havent messaged you (been meaning to) but we had the same journey (waiting for delivery of the 2ndborn - mine came on her due date) and I also did 2 natural deliveries. I can totally relate with most of your content so thank you for the inspiration, I feel like you are our virtual mommy friend 🩷 and congratulations on your million followers, please continue sending positive vibes our way. My biggest struggle was how to cook with food alergies. When he had 25 food alergies it was very difficult. Now 3 years later is about 10 food and I can navigate it, but sometimes is very hard to find something new to try. Because combination wheat, milk, soy and nuts are really tought. I am person who loves to explore new foods but with this difficulty is it hard but I am trying. My son starts to eat so much and I really want for him to eat healthly and have options. So some insipration would be really helpful. Now we are expecting baby number two and I hope this kid can eat everything. So it will be new beggining with solids later and I hope this time I will have child who is not scared to eat and can enjoy food as his foodie parents.

Hi Nikole! I love your contents!! I have been following you for more than a year now since I first chanced upon your video on hacks for travelling with little ones! I got so excited because my now almost 18 months old baby girl is also called Sage! :) I love your baby cookbook and have been using your recipes for my little one since her initial weaning days. But lately, it has been so difficult for her to eat her greens and she also refuses to try new food. Meal times can be so stressful sometimes especially when we are out, because I can't be sure that she will eat the food I packed for that day. I would love for her to pack in a bit more greens in her diet, but I really struggle with that. Gonna try some of your tips in this video and praying that it will help with my Sage's diet!

My biggest struggle with feeding my toddler is he loves the sweet stuff, yogurt, applesauce, jelly on toast. And just picks at the other stuff

My struggle is when I give my toddler her “safe” food but then doesn’t want to try anything else! 😆

Love your baby feeding videos! My biggest struggle is getting my two year old to eat anything new or that he doesn’t recognize. He was great as a one year old, but now he won’t try anything “new” (even things he used to like but now doesn’t remember). Hoping it’s just a phase and will go away as he gets older. Would love your thoughts! 😘

Nicole! My daughter won’t eat vegetables other than cucumber and avocado. I offer her the vegetables we eat everyday but she picks them out. Same with fruit, she only eats blueberries and bananas and apple sauce(your recipe) on homemade pancakes but that’s it, how do I get her to eat more veggies and fruits? I tried smoothie once but I don’t think I’m good at making smoothies, I need that book for my toddler please!

Biggest struggle is meal prepping for 8 month old. It’s so easy to reach for a pouch 😅

My biggest struggle with my toddler atm is how little she can eat during the day. She’s ok trying new foods but will only take a bite and that’s it. She has her staples and eats small amounts of those and that’s it.
