- Is homemaking an art? I believe so and one that needs to be revived. Homemaking takes creativity, grit and a willingness to try again. Our dwellings are important to keep up, make cozy and inviting spaces where we all retreat from a long day. They are havens and safe spaces to be all made right by the homemaker. In this series I want to explore this in detail and my hope is to inspire you where ever you are at in this beautiful journey of homemaking.

There is so much to home making than just cleaning.
It entails baking, making meals from scratch, growing a kitchen garden, sewing and repairs, making linens and curtains for the home, Decorating the home to be a warm cosy, safe environment for our families, gardening, making herbal medicines, caring for children and the elderly, being frugal and watching the finances to save money. It’s about washing, ironing and keeping our family’s clothes clean and cared for. It is a life long career of giving love to loved ones, and learning new skills to benefit the home and the family.
Absolutely! There’s always something that needs doing and never enough time in a day to do it all. It’s one of the most rewarding and fulfilling roles of my life ❤️

This is so beautiful! I love being a homemaker so much and it's incredibly fulfilling to be one. I have never felt fulfilled by anything the world had to offer me as far as a career. Home is where God wants me to be.

Homemaker was my destiny. I wanted nothing more. My children wanted carrier and they have it. Awesome , but they have found out either you pay someone handsomely to care for your family or you do it . those are the choices. I am glad I did it myself.
