It’s tangy, slightly tart, and made with only 9 ingredients! Best of all, everything is done in one bowl-just mix and pop it in the oven, no hassle!
🌱 Dry ingredients:
240g flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
220g sugar
🥣 Wet ingredients:
2 lemons
130g vegan butter
45 ml oil
130g vegan yogurt
30 ml lemon juice
🥣 Ingredients for the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
1.5 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp almond milk
