I have a question why is it that after I cut my inner and outer tie end rods like the instructions said and whenever I went for an alignment they told me that they still have to be cut more I already went to 3 diffrent shops and they all told me the same

Well... you DID say "rear end gear ratio" rather than gear ratio. This seems a strange question given that nobody ever changes the gear ratio just for larger tires. At least not on a new truck.

What does something like that cost? I have a 2014 Silverado Z71

We did not change the ratio for the rear end. It is something we are considering but have not decided on anything yet.
