      It was so chocked on the k03s I welded the gate closed and it would peak 20 psi and drop to 5 psi by 5000 rpm and it turned 7400 rpm it was a built motor with a baby turbo with the big turbo I ran 28-30 psi on water meth it was fast there will be more on this car next year hopefully and bringing it back to its former glory

    ive always wondered about the tt chips are they worth it? im building a 2.0 aba to put in my mk2 and im thinking of running a standalone but if the chip works id rather use that. how good of luck have you had with your chip? do you wish you wouldve gone stand alone?

      Nick Rockvam if your going turbo stand alone is the best if you go to cam big valves the tt chip is the way to go also the c2 stage 2 turbo chip is prity good I have had a couple of problems the Air fuel ratio bounces around at idle going from lean to rich and on throttle back coming up to a set of lights sometimes it dies but it will fire right back up besides those problems it works really well like the car doesn't do anything we're driving around normally in boost it sits around 11.0 afr it doesn't break up it's just basically idling and throttle back are the two proms I've had

    Nice job man! Do you know the 1.8T injectors cc´s?
    Its pulling good. What that exhaust manifold that you use?

      Stock is 118cc 1.8 225cc I think I'm running 440 cc now

      It's also way faster now my dad has a big block Vett and it scared the crap out of him also faster than a mk4 vr6 with a straight pipe

      From the mk3´s 1.9 Tdi´s right? Does it bolt on in aba block? not the turbo side of corse

      I think you wrong, my mk3 1.6L have 190cc´s injectors. Aba have bigger ones for sure.

      Honestly I have no clue I never Dynoed it on this setup I have been meaning to make a part 2 to this video but I just finished building the top end and bottom end and put 1000 km on to so I could Dyno it and I did Dyno September 11

      All the A N oil lines where from a speed shop along with all the A N fittings for the water lines there just robber hose also got an auto coolant flange to run the water to the turbo a brass t fitting to t the water out of the turbo back into the cooling system the flanges to adapt the turbo to the exhaust manifold wore custom machined custome downpipe gfb boost controller Amazon universal intercooler kit with bov Amazon

      The ko3s turbo let go after I had it on the dyno
      And it didn't make the power I wanted

      Easy it was $50 and got the car boosted I plan on going bigger turbo soon

      I have a good ko4 compressor wheel
      In it and honestly I'm just using the turbo till it blows and I upgraded to s gerrett gt28

      Thanks build is on hold for a little bit I blow a baring in the transmission probably from the 20+ burnouts on that transmission

      +2595cjp sure it isn't the throw out bearing? that's fairly easy to fix if all it is, is the clutch not grabbing

      I'm 100% sure it's the transmission the trans oil is silver and I can hear it with a stethoscope
