I just finished my first rabbit. I really need to learn to watch and follow the directions more. I wondered why my rabbit looked odd. If only I had paid more attention, he would be more egg shaped and not cyclinder. Tomorrow I will add some more wool to his bottom. 🤣🐰🐰🐰

These are lush and I can't wait to make them. Can I ask - what felt do you use on your mat? Is it a certain type? :-) Also, what wool would you use for these? Is it Merino?
The great thing is you can use any wool scraps you have. I have a piece of flat felt on top of my mat to protect it. Would love to see a photo once you have made them 💕
They are Easter egg bunnies and not supposed to be realistic. I am trying to encourage people who may be really nervous about starting needle felting whilst making it the easiest possible project to achieve for all ages an abilities. Crafts are completely open to artistic interpretation so you can add or leave out according to your skill set or personal preference. Lots of my free video tutorials are more detailed and you can find them in the playlists. There is also a separate video tutorial on making and adding legs so I have pretty much covered everything. Glad you like the colours. 🙂
