Can some explain what “ H and T” means ?
H's & T's are correctable causes of death. Google it for the list of causes. We ensure to check/treat them whenever we are working a cardiac arrest.

Concordant doesn't mean upward deflection, it means the R wave and the T wave are pointing the same direction.
Correct. Misunderstood in this video. Positive concordance means upward deflection with QRS & T wave in the same direction. Positive discordance means upward deflection of the QRS & negative deflection of the T wave

How many people used these prior to NREMTP and were successful? I’m intimidated by the test but did well for this review and I’m trying to gauge if that’s gonna make me over confident or not 😅
