1 large sweet potato
1 large cassava
2 small eddos
4 cups coconut milk
chopped onions
chopped garlic
chopped tomatoes
chopped parsley
chopped basil
chopped scallions
thyme
Habenero peppers
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp complete seasoning
1 tbsp chicken bouillon
1 tbsp all purpose seasoning

You're welcome. They mostly go into soups or just boiled and eaten with a stew or something.

Thank you. This is called a different name in other parts of the Caribbean but in guyana we call it metemgee.
