When I saw the green wet seasoning along with the spices and you said you let it marinate, I said yes to myself this lady knows what she's doing, I'm making beef curry while i'm watching your video, keep these videos coming
Ok let me say this curry looks Devine 👌 we Caribbean people love our curry i never had curry beef before but it sure do look tasty thanks for sharing sis 😋
Absolutely a top notch cooking video. Everything was so well presented. I love the wonderful narration. The best part was seeing that amazing curry dish come to life. Sadly I could not be there to taste test. Very sweet and comforting voice also. Thank you!
I tried beef curry from the Jamaican spot just yesterday for the first time, I'd only had chicken and shrimp previously. I really enjoyed it, and said "I need to learn how to make this", needless to say you're right on time with this one!👍😄
Lovely. I do mine similar but for beef or pork I definitely use my electric pressure cooker. Two hours is too long to wait to eat all that goodness😂❤❤❤❤❤
I have had beef curry before and I didn't like it, HOWEVER I have to say your receipe looks so awesome and tasty. As a Guyanese girl, I love my curry but curry is an art and not everyone can make it properly, no offense to anyone. I have a crockpot no access to an actual stove. How can I make this in a crockpot? Is it possible to burn out the beef water in the crockpot, can you bunjay the masala in it? Thank you in advance, I look forward to hearing from you💜
this only gets us half way there. omitting the exact contents / brands of the various seasonings is a critical error and unfair to viewers who watched for YOUR version. yes, we can guess / research but it won't be YOUR curry. can you please post the info? thx
The problem with this recipe is the great number of prepared mixes/spices with no explanation of what they consist of. There is *no* way a person not living in the country could ever make Guyanese-style beef curry. Not following *this* recipe.
Mess with stomach how? I hear y'all saying this but have never encountered such. The flavors are better when burned but logically speaking how can it make you sick? After dissecting the ingredients of curry powder it doesn't seem. Possible!! Like it an old tale passed down with no solid proof
It definitely makes me sick if not cooked properly. Also, I hate raw curry, tasting the grains in the curry powder is awful to me. But if you're OK with that. Not a problem. Enjoy.
Why is it guyenese always stealing from island people Guyenese do not even know what is madras curry is but here they are as usual sniffing around Trinidadians. They see Trinidadians using madras curry and leave their curry and started their own production of this curry (Bedeasse and Indie)Do you people know how to cook. Do you people have any food that anyone says today I am going to make a guyenese gilbaka, a vege. dish with dry shrimp and dry fish, soup with ripe plantain, avocado with sugar., da da da When you promoting your country use ingredients that you born and grow up with not what you see other island cooking with because you want to fit in. Don't come on youtube and lie

You know what I don't own a crockpot. Never cooked in one so I won't be able to honestly advise you on that. I'm sorry I couldn't be of much help.
@@candythaglamcook Thank you, I appreciate the response🇬🇾💚
How long would it have to cook in an Instant Pot?
About 25 to 35 mins depending on how soft you want it.

Lol I added too much water now even after 2 hours its watery🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴 i seriously hate cooking 🙃🙃🙃 and it hates me as well
Then you should have poured off some of the water. Stuff happens you have to improvise and make it work.
