- This is my SOLO guide on how to complete The Whisper at the higher difficulty. You'll need to beat it on solo for the new craftable perks from the quest as well as to get the catalyst if you haven't already got it.

I appreciate the real gameplay showing a not-so-perfect run. It encourages those that are not experts to try something new. Great work as usual.
I agree with that too. You’ll see so many players who will only upload the “perfect clip” instead of showing runs that have mistakes

Same thing happened to me with the timer at 0 during the final boss fight. Let me finish and i got all the rewards.

Good Vid but you don’t need to kill any blights in any of the rooms to advance. Saves plenty of time just sayin ❤

Thanks for the jumping shortcuts, i managed to finish the 3 bosses before the timer, after that i just DPSed' the ogre. Then i realized i didn't picked the quests from Eris Morn on my Titan i have to do it again bruh

As long as you start final boss fight before timer runs out you seem to be able to complete even if it’s at zero. Also, you have to kill all enemies but not the blights. Though it is useful to take some of them down, using certain blights as cover has been a known strategy since day 1. It’s certainly not a requirement to get a completion. For myself I tend to take out all the blights in the first room because it’s easier for add clear, but start with the first one only and cover behind the others until the snipers are down. In the second room only one I ever take out is the last one by the door. As long as you go counterclockwise like you did this strategy works great. In the final room only one that is really helpful is the one blight near the back by the cliff edge. I’m just saying all this because you likely took 2 min out of 20 just for unnecessary blights. Plus all that special ammo wasted.
Yeah I didn't do any of the blights in that last room.

in the final boss fight don't destroy the blights its a waste of time and ammo also you can use those blights as a cover to hide behind them from boss while trying to kill the wizard or generate health . bright work in your advantage during last stand they work like a shield
also its better to use the healing grenade during this quest

do they just port you in this mission now? i liked how it was in the old way where it was kinda secret. now its lost its charm a bit and it handed to you? someone plz explain.
Well if you remember way back when it was first out, you had to do the right public event in IO (Which no longer is in D2 ATM), then kill the yellow bar enemies, then go to the portal and do it in 20 minutes. If you had finished it, you could just select it from the IO screen AFTER you did your 1st run thru. So I guess it still is the same? Just the bosses at the end can be fought 1 at a time now, rather than all 3 at once (like I did stupidly on my 1st new run thru XD, but I got the triumph XDDD)

@@azgardian32odinson Strand and sword flying are a couple methods.
@@azgardian32odinson when you first get into the green room walk on left side of path and there’s a little crack you can jump down to continue or if you need the oracle walk little bit forward and there’s a long crack you can jump down and kill thrall coming to you and at end is the oracle.
Now i remember why i stopped playing this game, it feels like the level designers are having a laugh at your expense. I don't feel any achievement doing these missions because i constantly have to look up where I'm supposed to be going using online guides and even then it's a struggle because everything is so dark and looks exactly the same. Then they slap on a timer and now I'm just wasting my time because i have to do it over and over again running in circles trying to figure out where I'm supposed to go.
Some one deserves a slap for designing this. I'm sick of these Riddler mentality game designers.
I stop going after exotic guns and armor that is straight trash in the game. Whisper is trash. I did it the first time not this time. It is not viable in any encounter in the game. Do better bungie
