This is a great guide, I suck at jumping but after watching this I really think I can do it!
Came here to say thank you. Completed this in D2 old days but it was far more painful. Wild I have the route absolutly nailed down in my head but I'm still awful when it comes to making good solo builds. I don't really play hunter either. Thankfully I had everything I needed (except I had tk use a diff solar machine gun) to finish this with plenty of time. The devour infinite health thing si buck wild. You get a like and subscribe for such awesome content.
Go Polaris lance, it obliterates in the whisper mission. Oracle 1 (whitenail II) and Oracle 2 (New ship schematic) can be collected this week.

i got white nail 4 from the first oracle and 3 ship schematic pieces on the 2nd oracle
Thanks to you not only did I complete my first solo exotic mission, I did it twice because it bugged out and didn't give me the Whisper with the resonance. I ended up using Mnt Top, Recluse and my old Whisper and it worked pretty well.
It was easier than I thought it'd be. If you're struggling with the jumps just to strand until the mobs. you don't even need to grapples.

Useful tip. Bastion one shots all the blights. Very easy getting to the boss on Assassin's Cowl Arc Hunter with Bastion.
I have not played the new version yet, but i somehow remember the parkour part nearly 1 to 1
I also agree with Polaris Lance it helped me so much in the last room I would just be in the tunnels just spamming it

Would you do a guide on how to most efficiently grind for specifically glimmer? I started a new character on a new gamertag, and I think veteran players don't realize that the subclasses aren't just all unlocked right away; you have to buy every aspect and grenade type and super and whatever even for the light subclasses, spending upwards of 50k-75k EACH, so there needs to be an updated glimmer grind tutorial..

😢Got it done this morning got the last 3 bosses down with 1:30 left and tried to get the ogre but he killed me however I respawned still in the mission with the timer still at 00:00 so if you're on the final boss can you continue regardless of timer running out or did I just get incredibly lucky
Used Whisper on the Whisper of the worm made it a bit on time we had only 30 seconds left when we beat the final boss😂😂😂
- Shadebinder with Bleak Watcher plus Whisper of Rending plush Wish-Ender plus 3x Kinect Weapon Surge.
- Staccato-46 with Explosive Payload plus Artifact mods (solar ones).
- Heavy Grenade Launcher or Rocket Launcher with Tracking Module or Precision Frame Rocket Launcher.

I kind of soloed it with a similar build, but accidentally summoned all 3 bosses, needless to say, I didn't get flawless solo on that run lol
There is a Triumph for summoning all three, which would be the only reason in my opinion. Not worth it when trying for a Solo Flawless.
However, you can summon one and chip its health down to a fraction, repeat with the second one, then summon the third and finish off the first two real quick and that still counts.

So the only thing that happens if you die, is you'll just respawn again, until the time runs out, and have to redo the darkness zones entirely?
I am wanting to do it on Strand Titan for healing on all ability kills thanks to Banner of War

i did the whisper mission twice and its not letting me go on to the next quest step
Ngl I just used wish ender and my recluse for the final part because wish ender deletes hp and I would use either doomed petitioner crafted or a apex predator crafted and it deleted hp granted I had like 30 seconds left but then again I was watching a video while doing it I honestly think any load out is fine just make sure you have a good heavy weapon for the end with enough Amma or just a strand titan I also had celestial nighthawk on for the mini bosses before the ogre ✌️🙏😜
i suck at jumping puzzles so just sword skipped the starting part of the puzzle which i also way faster. i got to the boss in 4 minutes. The boss room itself is judst whatever, they go down pretty fast i like spawning them all 3 and them pyrogale smash them right as they spawn takes them to half all 3 and then just throw some dragons breath thier way.
Will this work for legend also?
Listen, i dont kwon if its patchet, but if you get to the end and kill the 3 minibosses, for sone reason, the time keeos going after the 0 : 00 time, at leats, the 3 first weeks worked

Why wouldn’t it be? I did it on strand titan with the barricade legs and finished with about 5-10mins left (normal mode), although solar titan is a lot better for survival
Is it just me or it feels alot easier than it used to be
I haven't done the mission yet, but It is probably a lot easier because we have stronger abilities/guns and we take less damage compared to four years ago

Way easier...it was easier b4 they vaulted it too than when first released. 2 of us vet players couldn't even do it back then, getting thru the blight room was horrendous back then. Once 2.0 amd 3.0 came out it seemed too easy

Idk about you but when I finished the mission I went to craft it and realized I already had a precrafted one drop. So I'm not sure lol
Only to.add the new perks but u can reshape it if u already crafted one but need to level up to leve 20 to.do it which u can just use glimmer to level up that all do with my weapons I craft

It's an easy mission on normal but harder on legend because of time reduction.

If u want the new craft able version. Can still use ur old 1 for sure but the new 1 will have catalysts just like our other exotic craft able weapons
So.. i started this quest solo and i'm a nooby, i started this game a week ago, i got trough most of it then i opened the boxes... ALL 3 of them. it was kinda spicy- i failed but ended up killing the first boss of the 3 and told my friend who wanted me to play this game: man.. this game really is hard isn't it? i like it tho, pls help LOL
I haven’t done it because I hate doing all the pointless running and jumping puzzles. I’ve never enjoyed missions that make it do this crap lol. It’s annoying imo. It take forever to get to actual fighting
I hate jumping puzzles as well, but I love speedrunning and running parts are one of parts you can shave a ton of time on. Use skips movement techs or shatter skate. I always try to find new ways to get to the ad room quicker
Yeah that wat I dnot like about destiny all the jumping puzzle like the ones In the raids takes me longer ti do them then the raids themselfs
I lvoe how I did it solo and accidentally spawned all 3 at once without knowing you can spawn only 1 boss made it a lot harder. (I think i only got a triumph)
I also noticed if you run out of time during the bossfight, the mission will not end

I did it blind solo and did the exact same thing.....managed to scrape in just under 40 minutes after stumbling around the jumping areas completely lost.
i think liars handshake arc hunter would be easier to solo

Me and my friends play only locks, we dont have other classes lvl up.
Karnstein Armlets and solar subclass should make you be able to face tank everything in this 4 years old mission. Polaris Lance can melt the boss. Strafe Glide with Heat Rise are the most powerfu ability for moving in air. Honestly, running with warlock might be easier than running with hunter.

Even Normal mode is darn hard. Too many taken spawn to control the situation and get mini boss DPS going. Then when the ogre spawns with all the damn taken orbs you have to take out, of course his beam pushes you back off the edge or in to a corner because F you that's why right Bungie? This must be undoable on Legend without massive cheesing.
Practice it on the normal version until you've got it down. I really recommend using an Invisible Hunter. Assassin's Cowl Arc Hunter is really good to get to the boss. Bastion also one Shots all the Blights. Once you get to the boss Polaris Lance is really good at keeping good consistent damage after you've burned your Super and Heavy.
How to get easy. Already have basic memory of mission, already have no height fear that fucks with in games and irl, already be damn decent in game. Easy! 😂

Don't be afraid to test different games and give us reviews other than destiny were hear for destiny but we wouldn't mind hearing about other interesting games

Nice guide, but it serves to tell me I can never complete this mission. With my satellite connection, jumping simply does not work the way you're demonstrating :( Imagine if randomly as you are jumping through this course, your key click to jump at a critical point just, did nothing. Yeah. Fall to your death. that's the game for me. and it's markedly worse when in a fireteam, with more data streaming.
So wait even if i have both these weapons with the catalyst i still have to do these missions over again for crafted versions? Or can i just craft without doing these damn missions again becuSe if ur forced to do this nonsense again F Bungie.

Now repeat this at a strength level of 1800 with ordinary weapons that are available to everyone without any cool revolvers and machine guns, take the available weapons for the free branch of the game and make the strength 1800, I’ll see how you get through like that

Literally the game has been for 10+ years lol if the fan base doesn't care y would the developers.. New DLC does seem decent but lets face it it will get boring after a month or less... What they should have done is allow us to finally equip an exotic in every slot but they would be fun and bungie doesn't like fun.
