Day two is done 💪. I’m not a fan of circuit training where the same exercises are repeated, but I completed the workout and I’m exhausted. I worked with 8kg, 10kg, and 16kg weights. Thank you for another day 🤝 I’m looking forward to tomorrow’s workout! 🥰
Yeah once I finish the exercise I wish to not see it again for the rest of day. Well, the kettlebell swings could I enjoy, and calf raises also could repeat way more times.
Yes, they are released a day early most places in the world. You do day 1 on monday etc.. they go up midnight in Australia.😁 I could release them earlier if you still want that? x
Again, great workout! I have a request though - is it possible to make these available a couple of hours earlier? That would make it possible for me to work out in the morning before work, which is much more sustainable for me - and stay up to date with the series. Either way, thank you for these!
probably just a personal preference but I hate 3 rounds of same workouts. It is dragging for me and with no option of easier excercises I had to stop early. I know it is hard to come up with excercises for the whole January, but some options to spice things up would be super helpful. Thank you for the video anyways.
Yes the 2 strength workouts are repeats - it's good to do these type of workouts as well as no repeat, stick with it I promise I programmed it this way for a reason 😜
#SURGE_DAY2 This one was not my cup of tea. I prefer to do one exercise (or a set of two) three times rather than repeat the entire circuit three times. Also, heel-elevated squats are staggered squats ( but I was done with the exercise when I noticed that). Well, it is a challenge; it is designed to push you out of your comfort zone. Day 2 done. 🙂
Since my first work out with you, there is something so special about that little cheer at the end! It’s like a big pat on the back!!
I am a sweaty betty lol, loved it! The heart rate was constantly elevated with no jumping in sight - solid no nonsense exercises. Great stuff 😊😅😅

My kettlebell weights are 8 kg (17.6 lbs), 10 kg (22 lbs), and 16 kg (35.3 lbs).

This was awesome!. The variety was on point! I completed this after a 35 fb4 setss of 8 reps and a 20 lower body workout. I used 20, 25 & 30 lbs
