The men in charge of the power turned off power to one area and did not turn it back on during the coldest winter we had experienced in decades, due to insufficient energy, again the purview of those in charge of energy, the wind farms failed, the leader turned out to be in Michigan, that has been forever remedied by the Legislature of the State of Texas. Senator Cruz is the Federal Senator to Washington DC representing Texas and has no jurisdiction over the State. It did not matter where Senator Cruz was located, he has no responsibility in this.
