May I just ask if there are any prerequisites or additional units I have to take since I don't have much background in healthcare before applying for this program?
Just learn about the healthcare industry of the country where you intend to do your master's. Also, in the master's program, it is sometimes a part of the curriculum, so before you apply checkout the curriculum and reach out to the admission cell of the college, they will also brief you on the prerequisites.
I think u missed the earning potential the rate per year.. With this masters... I was listening the whole video just for that but it's not mentioned at all.. 😢😢
Hi being a student from pharma background and interested in applying for health informatics How much of technical knowledge is necessary prior joining to the course? Suggest few electives/concentrations which requires less / no technical knowledge
Technical knowledge will be required if you plan to get into product development or data analytics. But say you choose your elective as project management that won't require much of technical knowledge; a strong command in the basics would be fine to start.

You can pursue the course. You should be able to justify why you want to do this course and how it will add value to your existing profile.

This is not a pre-requisite, but if you do you will be able to grasp technical aspects better.
