How do they decide that the african rally is in kenya?
The rally has been run almost every year since 1953. All the organizers and sponsors are Kenyan so they couldn’t just randomly move it to another country. It’s not that WRC has decided to have a rally in Kenya, it’s that the Kenyan organizers have decided to have their rally in WRC.
Do you have the capacity to host it in your country?
@@wambogojonah316 I am happy for Kenya having it, but I think motorsport is bigger in South Africa. Kenya GDP is only 110 billion usd and south Africa 419 billion which means we can easily do it. Gazoo Racing Racing started in south africa and I think they owe it to us to have it here let's say every 2nd year at least. I am not a toyota fan but they sell the most vehicles, ie 6000 toyotas a month and owe it to them.
