Very informative, sir. Actually it's a tutorial how the TPS works. I have a RM250 250, carburator, no TPS (I'm a lucky guy). But I also have a fuel injected suzuki scooter. I had issues since the day 1. My engine stalls on rapid throttle. Cold starting needs gas. Checked everything. Replaced IAC valve (warranty). Same issues. The dealer cannot help me anymore. But I have a feeling that I need a TPS adjustment. It 's the only part that haven't checked. Smells like it's running lean on idle.
i just had some starting issues on a fuel injected Husky....i passed cleaner thru the fuel inj and my spark gap was a bit large . could have checked the inline filter in the tank but didnt. if u have an idle adjustment and it is low, raising it could help with you leanness...yes my bike tends to backfire and cut off on rapid throttle if im coming off idle. hope that helps someone...cuz "K' problem was 5 yrs ago.
I'm not seeing the big deal. It's literally only a center tap pot in a differential circuit. When it's mounted just tweak it left or right until it's in range and if it's not linear then it's broke

I ran into a problem with my tps sensor by taking it off and my bike got way out of wack on a kx250f 2013. is there anyway I can contact you to either send it you or get some tips on getting the max and best performance out of this throttle body. I have a very important race in two weeks need this thing running prime. I run A class so I need as much power as I can get.

my manual says to use 12v, but why can't you just go by the ohms?

don't adjust TPS on dirt bikes the fuel injection technology is not there to get the most out of it.
