Just getting back into the hobby. Love the Superbirds. The only problem is they're not great for bump drafting. They tend to lift the car in front of you off the track. But it does make the other cars get out of your way.
Hi can you answer a few questions for me , i purchased 2 cars the other day the superbird that you show here in this video and a bmw model that raced in watkins glen i did not realize that they were carrera 132, i have an old analog scalextric track set can i use them on my current track. i will eventually upgrade to digital carrera set but just want to know if i can use these cars on my current track for now without damaging them .
Yes you can run Carrera digital cars on analog tracks there’s a little white switch on the bottom of the car you just flip then sit the car on an analog track and pull the trigger a few times. This puts the car in analog mode

@@halroofner4069 well the starter kit was $450 the track pack was $75 and the pit lane was $120 also you would definitely want smart race so the app is $10 and the Bluetooth adapter is $20 cars are normally $50 each

Actually the Carrera live show was top 5 for views lol I’m still doing planes and will not stop but I’m also trying to diversify a little from everyone else. For me I never started this channel to get rich or be the biggest channel I did it to have fun and share my experience with everyone. Just because this video might not be your favorite it might be just the thing someone else was looking for. Anyway keep on flying with your friends and enjoy all the airplane content coming 3 balsa birds currently under construction here 😬

Oh the Memories you are bringing back.....Tyco and AFx ect were staples in the 70's when I grew up!
AFX is still around there on tower hobby actually

Never just like my planes if I have it I use it. It’s actually very durable crashed it’s a lot and not one thing has broken off
