Quiet Woodworking For Three Hours

- Quiet woodworking with none of the constant talking from my other channels. These are a handful of my favorite projects including a timber framed staircase, epoxy tables, solid wood tables, sculpted cabinets, even a table made entirely from denim and much more.

A pleasure to watch a perfectionist at work. All three tables work brilliantly “together”. Thank you.
Guys great skill used in the video. I'm an old retired carpenter and joiner from N. Ireland. Two tips I'll share if that's OK. 1. When using white melamine on your resin fills or marcarta tables, wax it well first with a wax that won't mark your project. It will lift of the finished project with ease. 2. The reason you drill kept catching when boring the brass plates is the cutting angle of the drill bit. Goggle it & you will get the correct angle. Anyway thanks for sharing. Regards
Hugo Dale
These projects are all wonderful products of skillful workers, they probably have 10 flowers in their fingers.

It's so nice to hear the normal work noises without deafening abuse from others' choice of supposedly good music.
I don't think I've ever felt so completely unworthy as an adult human being, as I did while watching this video. Great work as ever and thanks for a very enjoyable way to spend my 2am Sunday morning.
I'm one of the weird ones that really like when you talk. I love your sense of humor and how open you are about things. I love that you teach so much and give back so much.
My brother introduced me to your channel. He said I have to watch you because I would love you so much. He was right and I love having something to share with him. I appreciate your channel. It makes me want to do my woodworking again. Thank you.
I appreciate you Jennifer 🙏
Fabric table is fantastic with the leather clad legs etc. All the works are great very artistic and different.
I loved watching this perfection work with wood and metal and even the leather legs, Nicely done😊
Indeed a pleasure to watch. Greetings from South Africa.
Stairs came out awesome.
Sometimes I find making things for my shop more satisfying than making projects, haha.
I'm doing that right now!
BEAUTIFUL WORK GUYS, CONGRATS
Great work ! I like your individual little shelves for your sanders, planes, and stuff. Have you done a video on how to make that system? Would be great if you have!!

Et superbes réalisations ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 … ❤
You havle done beautifull works Congratulations
A unique concept. I remember attending a seminar at a food convention hosted by SYSCO that spoke aboutLamberts where they threw rolls or Steven Spielberg building a restaurant that looked and felt like being in a submarine There was a place called Bugaboo Creek that had animated animal heads or life sized that would tell a story while you ate. That was cool
I see you love every bit of the wood you handle Granny 93 USA
Mais quel travail de dingue... 😲🤯

Beautiful work. I am hypnotized by your videos. I’m just wondering, how long does it take you to work on these projects on average? Also, I see you use high quality materials. Is it cost effective for you? Between the cost of materials, time and labor, or do you just do it for the love of your art?
THESE GUYS ARE REAL GOOD, EH!?
They should make a video about quiet woodworking that is kinda like this one but quiet.
or... stop tippy tapping on a keyboard, and disconnect your sound output devices.. youre welcome! :)

you do a great job
Very beautiful and excellent handcrafting. The depth of the step must be about half of the height to match our legs. In sum it shall be about 25”.

Trabalho magnífico e peças que são obras de arte.
Holly Moses what a mess. This is why you command the big dollars. Beautiful work!

YOU WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY, EH!?
I have never been so ashamed of how you two represent the craft of carpentry. It's not just about having the skills or the machinery. Its about the joy, the privilege, and the reverence of working with a material that was essentially alive before it was felled. You display no reverence for the work, nor the material, or the craft. It seems to me that to you it is just about collecting a paycheck as fast as possible. Fine. I will never bother with your channel again. Let others be your acolytes. To me doing the work by hand it comes down to just not build something, but have be a pure joy to do so, that takes time and dedication, and appreciation for the wood, and I find none of that here. Yes you measure well, and cut accurately, but you show no love in your motions, faces, or actions. I will go and appreciate great craftsmen like the Japanese, Koreans, or true old style craftsmen that become charged with love for what they do beyond just get the work done. I know that you do not care what I say, or maybe even have TH-cam take my posting out for calling you out on your lack of heart for what you have now shown for this craft, but I felt that I had to say this. You show no love, but just an exasperated need to just force yourself through the tasks, and not enjoy the journey of having the opportunity to work with such beautiful pieces of wood.
One must have a love for the craft to start it and become skilled... Maybe this particular woodworker isn’t for you, and that’s okay. But this comment feels a bit unnecessary.
@@elizabethruiz6545 It is not without merit. It is something that I felt needed to be said, for if no one complaints, or objects, the silence merely shows a false acceptance of what I have seen. But then again, that you feel it was unnecessary is your opinion. You have that right. Just as I have mine to object to what I feel is a lack of soul in this presentation. That is also my right. I won't take away your rights. Do not attempt to deprive me of mine.
at 36:23, he smiled
@@Wateringman It's true that you have no passion, we love the work we do, even if it uses rudimentary tools, we can stick with it every day without getting bored.
Te admiro muito vc é muito detalhista parabéns
Awesome job😮 greetings from Bavaria 😊 was the the head of the golden little Hammer Out of Wood or Metal?
I have never watched a video woodwork like this , amazing Talent,
Blessed .
0:32 take a piece of lumber with you, when you know you'll have an overhanging load, because while the tailgate's designed to allow you climb on it, even put load on it, it's at the very limit of what's possible when it comes to dynamic loads (aka you going over a pothole with a load). Best not to chance it in the first place, place a piece of lumber just before the tailgate and secure the log down into using the sides of the bay using a piece of wood and some junk stacked between the load and it. That way you can load something heavy without using the full length of your pickup truck. No point in messing up your truck if you can do it without it (the action). Jm2c.
Wow, wow, wow👍
Hi I love your work! I keep learning everyday from you because I want to start doing wood works, and I saw a few times you use the UV light and I don't know the reason. Is it to cure or you are trying to find little spots that weren't cover by the paint? I guess most of the people know the answer but I don't, sorry...
Erwin Thoma says: we have a ethical contract with the trees, they let us use there wood with the only condition that we do not transmute the wood in toxic waste...we are allowed to use the wood but we should not interrupt there continuous line of life. The life is always living and simultaneously preaparing the conditions for the next generation... This is the special idea of grown material. The "craftmanship" in this video is in contrary to this maxim. This kind of masterpieces are the solution for very few very rich people but not for the future of the Earth.

Au début, je me suis dit que jamais je ne peux regarder une vidéo de 3h. Et maintenant, je trouve trop court. Lol. Ça manque quand même des noms de certains produits et doses appliquées.
Have you thought about experimenting with the world’s darkest paint/ pigment? I feel like it might give an interesting effect if you can add it to your epoxy.
Oh, that could be really cool
With that tool you are meausring the humidity of the Woods?
This is good but I like the commentary. I also like the pine look.

lol. I didn't catch the name of the channel, but after I seen that big ass timber in the back of the truck... I was like... that looks like some shit Cam would do... then it hit me.
No primeiro video faltou qualidade na fixação da espinha central, deveriam esconder os fixadores metálicos ou elimina-los
Eso es creatividad y lo demás son tonterías 😮😅👏👍
you are the guy
Is it just me, but does that slab for the stairs meet inspection standards. It had a hundred different splits in it. It just can’t be safe.
It looks a little wiggly or twisty when you walk on it. I'm sure it's plenty strong enough though!
