Bill is so ignorant. Thinking that all Arabs are similar is so outdated. The Saudis barely allows for "citizenship" in good times from friendly countries. They don't have a concept of immigration like the US does--which is what our nation was built on. They have what is called "iqama" which is basically long term alien status I believe. Many people return back to their country of origin when it becomes difficult to maintain iqama status.
