- Today we spent our last day in Split Croatia before heading to our next destination “Germany”. Before heading to Germany, there is one last thing that we must do, and it is also one of the reasons we visited Split in the first place.

I really should stop watching your vlogs, Joe and Gift, because you always make me start salivating and feeling hungry with all the delicious food that you are trying on this trip! You are right about the black risotto being made with squid ink. I had black pasta in Venice 20 years ago and my whole mouth turned black! Glad that you managed to get a fridge magnet. If Gift gets one from everywhere that you visit, you will soon need a bigger fridge! I have really enjoyed your time in Split and all the little footpaths and alleyways and all the history attached to the place. Once again, I can't thank you enough for sharing. It is so lovely to see the love that you have for each other and the fun that you have teasing each other. May the good Lord bless you safe and continue to shine His face upon you. Hello again! Really enjoy the architectural style of the older buildings. Gift and you are a such a fun couple and have a truly amazing dynamic. Highlighting the awesome food and your tasting experience makes me want to visit Croatia even more. Such a casual relaxing vibe walking through the side streets; you're certainly getting your steps in. Think that I would need a minimum of 2 weeks there, going off your experience. Continued safe and fun adventures.

Great videos of Croatia. We were fortunate to visit Split last July while on a cruise, so some of the places you went were familiar to us. After 8-9 cruises to the Med, we have yet to be disappointed by any of the ports we visited. Looking forward to Germany, another great place to visit.

Always appreciate the prices for your meals. I was curious about tipping. Is a service charge added in Split? Do they even accept tips? And was amazed that the waiter had to move the ashtray out of the way. Wow!

Unfortunately, we only have a certain amount of time visiting 6 countries in 6 weeks. Croatia is a very beautiful country and we will return to visit other places that we didn’t see before on this trip.
