Load planners neglect dispatch and only type back when they feel it. Phone messages dont get to dispatch even though their name is on it. More than two messages on the com and they wont see them. You will have to fight and hold accountable for your miles including talking to the dispatch supervisor because the overide to pay you for what you did might have to come through thay way anyway Kllm really could be something amazing but they definitely need help structuring the company in a functional way. From the shops being overwhelmed and often under skilled to communication breakdowns, youll need to have the patience of a saint to make out proper. Good thing you learned how they work, my uncle and buddy are dispatchers for them and I was amazed how they said KLLM had a formula where certain drivers want make money. I was also told that the load planners and some of the office staff, gets into drivers personal information; such as social media accounts. Good for you man!

Problem is their companies mess with them. Promise a decent load with decent miles and then say they're going to swap them with crappier loads/miles. I think these sneaky dispatchers lie like hell to these guys. They 'playin' these drivers.
