For April fools, you should do a challenge like this, but play the game as the developers intended, and every time you break the rule, just say "sorry there's no other alternative, this is another point"
Never thought I'd see not one, but TWO challenge runs for one of my childhood LEGO games. Makes me wonder what sorts of challenge runs could be done in some other, less talked about LEGO entries.
3:55 It was exciting enough to see a challenge run of one of my favorite childhood games. Seeing that challenge run reference my current autistic hyperfixation is just the icing on the cake.
This was a surprisingly fascinating video. VG Myths for Lego City? Didn't know I needed that, haha. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it this much, but I'm glad I stuck around! Keep up the good work :)
I have no idea who you are. I have never heard of this game in my life. I've never even owned a lego game. In fact I was playing fire emblem when this just crawled into my recommended. Anyways liked and subscribed.
@@zamn7937 It is possible to skip that part, but then you'd be forced onto Chase (Police) when you unlock the Grapple Gun, even if you haven't unlocked him.
The reason Detective is classified as a civilian is because Sherlock Holmes is a private investigator and is not officially a police officer

You'd expect with all the warp clipping (AND REALITY BREAKING), there was a colorblind programmer in charge of the Warp To Player code...

Lol
What type of colorblindness?

I didn't think I would see a Great Ace Attorney reference in a Lego City Undercover video, but I'm all for the art of deduction.
The fact that none of the miners are civilians makes me believe Lego City employs undocumented immigrants for cheap labor.

I have neger heard of this game in my life
Microphone distrotion as emphasis is greatly endearing comdined with smooth vigorous narration about something niche, which is already damn sweet

This feels like a "can you beat Henry stickmin game without __" and I'm all for it
Lego city undercover? PEEEEEAK
Pretty good video! Deserves more views tbh.
Damn, remember watching this game on some russian kid games channel when I was younger.
It’s the gangstas time to shine baby!
Woah, a video on Lego City Undercover? Awesome! I love this game!
this video solves the tiggee teams “can i beat lcu without chase mccain” but its only civillians
What is this game, why was this in my recommended, and why was this video good
Oh God I forgot this game, my 3DS lived and died with it
@@AkiUwUx3 Picked up The Chase Begins for myself recently.
It is not as good as the first game.
If you have a PC, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, or even somehow a WiiU you can play it again

I found a copy of the game in my libary so after play the story i might do this lol.
Now this is the kind of video I want to see lol
I really admire all the work you’ve done just for this video, it definitely deserves a lot more attention. :)
I wouldnt say you failed the challenge simply by swapping to the uniform since you only use police chase to confirm that you unlocked the uniform

Great Video
Fireboy and Watergirl

lego city the 4rth best game ever
the quick answer is no because there are some parts in the game you have no choice but to use a police officer or chase as a police officer.
