Thank you so much Monica🤗 so sweet of you to do this tutorial👍 just one question how to render thise bees out as geometry. I want to bring Them in to Nuke for compositing. 😊
yes you can! they are considered duplicates of the original geometry so they will render and then comp them in nuke. I'm glad this is helpful! would love to see your final scene when complete!
You can animate the texture, so the glow looks like it's flickering. I have a tutorial on it here. Hopefully it helps! th-cam.com/video/mFPDbAtFY5g/w-d-xo.html
@@AcademicPhoenixPlus Your tutorials are awosome. Could You Please make another one with the idea of a printer thats move out the papers very fast so they fly and then slowly move to the ground
When I bring the newton field and press play, the particles fall to the ground instead of getting attracted to the icon. what can be wrong ? thanks.
"Lucky for us, Maya is smart" are words I never heard in this order before.
Good tutorial though!
lol!!
Thank you for the great tutorial!
Carré merci beaucoup !
I love your tutorials.
Thank you so much rO EZ! I really appreciate it. :)
Since it is particles, can particles render in Arnold?

How did you model the firefly?
Can you make them follow an object in real time

So useful! Can you do this with low intensity point light sources?
Unfortunately no, lights can't be used. But you can make geometry 'glow' with emission :)
thanks, great tutorial
Thank you for watching!
Great butt-flies, thanks :D
Can you somehow activate animation on the geometry to for example make their wings flap?
you can! It's a bigger process, but I'm making a tutorial on it now (it's a bird). Should be out by next week so keep an eye out!
can make Fireflies in the night in jungle that can light randomly please monica
Cool!
I made swarm of fireflies but I stock on the glowing material. How to make a randomly (for each particle) flickering glow?
You can animate the texture, so the glow looks like it's flickering. I have a tutorial on it here. Hopefully it helps! th-cam.com/video/mFPDbAtFY5g/w-d-xo.html
Thanks a bunch, Do you know how to export the animation of every particle individually?
it do not work for me :(
Thank you 😊
You are very welcome Bady Do! I really appreciate your support. :)
